FinlandIt was a really quiet season and the owner was extremely nice. He put us in a great room with a superb view because there was a lot of availability, and even let us stay a few hours extra before we headed towards the airport, which was extremely nice of him.
You can easily tell that a lot of thought has gone into making this place the best it can be. They have acquired a great property and put care and effort into making it a perfect - yet affordable - location for anyone visiting Kemer. It was my second time visiting and if I am ever in Kemer again I will definitely visit this establishment again.
During our first time it was a bit busier and they served a very thoughtful breakfast as well, so perhaps if you travel at a time where there are other guests around, you might be in luck!
The owner makes a point that the hospitality industry is not only his profession but his passion, and it clearly shows.

Clean premises and local staff do their best to keep it this way. Restaurant served huge variety of delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner (which we liked much more than food in A la carte restaurants).

AustraliaWe really enjoyed our stay at Hera hotel in Cirali. It's located just ~100m from the beach and surrounded by beautiful gardens, which has a lot of statues, mini ponds with koi fish and frogs etc. There is also a very nice pool to swim and relax.
They serve tasty Turkish breakfast. Staff is always friendly and ready to help. Would definitely go back if we ever come to Cirali again, it was sad to leave this place.

An excellent hotel in every way, a wonderful holiday experience...
First of all, we arrived at the hotel about 3 hours before check-in time. Although we did not make any special requests, they upgraded our reservation to a ready room with 2 higher features to avoid making us wait because we had a small child. We stayed during the eid-holiday period and in nearly 40 degrees celcius, but from the first moment to the last, we were always greeted with the smiling faces and helpfulness of the entire staff. All the employees are extremely attentive, they genuinely work tirelessly to ensure you have a happy holiday despite the intense heat and workload. The entire facility was spotless and very organized. We were truly amazed by the food; we had never encountered such consistent flavor and quality from breakfast to dinner, from the snack bar to the fruits, at any hotel we had stayed in before. Special thanks to Ms. Çağla from the reception, Mr. Fetih, Mr. Niyaz, and Mr. Ali, bellboy Uras, Mr. Doğukan, Mr. Alper, Ms. Dilara from the restaurant, all the snack bar and pool bar staff, and all the other hotel staff whose names we do not know for providing such high-quality and friendly service. Besides recommending it to everyone around us, we will definitely come again.

We had an amazing time and will definitely recommend it to our friends and family.
The food was absolutely delicious, with a huge variety of options every day, and we really appreciated that the menu changed daily. There was always something new to try.
Our 2-year-old had the best time and absolutely loved the kids club and mini disco. A special thank you to the animation girls Marina, Yulia, and Katya, who helped create such a fun and warm atmosphere for the children.
The entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Everyone we met spoke Turkish, English, and Russian, and we even noticed Ukrainian translation during one of the evening programs, which was such a thoughtful touch.
We rented a pavilion throughout our stay, and our waiter Halil was exceptionally kind to us and our little one. Our child still remembers him bringing kefir every day — such small gestures make a big difference and create beautiful memories.
A big thank you to the whole Pirates Beach team for such wonderful holidays and for accommodating all of my requests. We were travelling from different countries but wanted to stay together, and the team made everything easy for us.
Thank you again for making our holiday so special. We will definitely return next year!

This resort completely exceeded all of our expectations. It is perfect place for families, with 6 (or 7, not sure) amazing pools (including kids ones), many natural shade, nature all around, the perfect, warm sea, sun beds and fresh beach towels icluded. Clean towels and bed linen for the room daily, as well. The food varianty was almost overwhelming, with so many different options for every meal + fast food available most of the day. Ice creams, water, juices, sodas, cocktails during the whole day. Mini Disco at night was my kids favorite time of the day!! Plus shoutout to all the women in Mini Club, my 5year old talks about how nice they were all the time. The other staff was always super friendly and supportive. Perfect stay, will gladly come again!!

Overall, this could easily be the best all-inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Turkey—and possibly even worldwide. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the variety of food is impressive: from fish and meat dishes to vegetarian options, desserts, ice cream—you name it. The alcohol selection is also diverse, with some exceptional whiskeys available, for example.
The staff are very friendly and always meet your needs with a smile. Inside the hotel, you don’t feel isolated, but rather peaceful and relaxed. The grounds are incredibly green, giving the impression that you’re staying in a forest. The seaside area is also excellent—well-organized with comfortable loungers and all the necessary bar facilities.

It's a wonderful hotel. There is everything for recreation and entertainment for both adults and children: a private beach, a playground on the beach, a heated pool and a shallow part for children, a water park with slides for adults and children, slot machines for children and adults, a SPA center with a Jacuzzi and pools. There are almost always places on the beach and by the pool. A beach with small pebbles, you can buy shoes for children. Good staff. Interesting shows in the evening. Not a bad meal. There are shops near the hotel.

Everything was nice. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean and serviced every day. Towels and additional bathroom accessories are changed daily. The food was delicious and varied. Great snack restaurant. The animators did their job perfectly, they were fun and offered various activities. I liked the Spa center. Good employees who know their job. The price-quality ratio is very good. The area is very nicely arranged and cozy. Thanks to all the staff for a great and comfortable time spent!

We got a beach cabana for a couple of days and service was impeccable, i believe it was Sadye serving us and she was amazing! Food and drinks were lovely, couldn't have asked for more
Don't even get me started on the patisserie as well, I think it put on half a stone in a few days but I enjoyed every minute of it!

The hotel is about an hour away from Antalya airport. Book your taxi ride in advance to avoid the exorbitant prices given by the taxi drivers at the airport.
The hotel was simply amazing. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and the amenities are up to par. Proximity to the beach, pools, gym are a huge plus.
I was also freely upgraded to a suite with a jacuzzi upon my arrival

Beach, Spa treatments, Hotel food was excellent, Hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. We walked into the old town harbour of Antalya where there are many shops, bazars and restaurants. It was a very pleasant evening stroll and our whole family enjoyed it immensely.

Cirali is a beautiful beach with crystal clear water. It's not as difficult to get to Cirali as the written guides make out. I would definitely go back to Cialis! The roads in town are slightly confusing but we always found our way in the end. We ate at the Lemon Cafe which was very enjoyable!

We were here outside the tourist season.
We were here outside the tourist season. The sea was a bit colder, but we could swim. However, we couldn't appreciate everything that is offered during the tourist season.
But for us it was a beautiful place.

It's a beautiful relaxing location, with easy access to Olympos and Mount Chimera.
Be careful, prices are high similar to big European cities.
Eating on the 'high street' at places like Ceylan, Cemils or Lemon Cafe are more reasonable options. If you drive to the main road, things will become much cheaper.

On the page it says they have a gym the equipment was older than my grandad
Showed on photos a pool table
Finally found it and it had boxes and travel cots piled on it
Drinks were not of wide variety
We ended up eating out a few times as the food was not edible

Kemer is a beautiful costal region with stunning mountains, the centre has lots of shops for exploring, some nice cafes (Mokka cafe is the best with a lovely rooftop area) also great for shopping & if you want food etc.
we felt very safe walking around as most shops are open until very late.

Çıralı is a beautiful place surrounded by nature. It has a very long beach, and while the sea can be wavy at times, it's generally calm and clear. You can view sunrise from sea. It's a great place for walking. It can get very crowded in midsummer but beach is long and wide, so it's not a problem, however traffic can get mixed up on the narrow roads in the summer. The smoke coming from barbecues is not good in the evenings. There are sometimes power outages, and the hotel diesel generators produce bad smoke during these times.

It is easy to get around.
It is easy to get around. I liked the restaurant where we had supper in the evening. In general everything is clear. You never get confused or lost. Good service. Friendly and hard working staff members.
