The location and the cave room, along with the view of the hot air balloons, were truly awesome.

We had the best time at this hotel. It truly felt like a home away from home — the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and everything was spotless. The atmosphere was warm, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. So, for anyone thinking of going to Cappadocia, we would absolutely recommend staying here. Everything was fantastic. Suat the manager made me feel at home and all of his staff are very friendly and helpful. In addition, he helped me to arrange a last minute visit to Goreme open air museum at a reasonable price. The hotel’s location cannot be beaten as it is 1 min away from Uchisar Castle. The food in the restaurant is absolutely wonderful - the chef is a young Turkish woman and everything she makes is great. From the restaurant, you can enjoy the view of Uchisar castle, the surrounding fairy chimneys and the pigeon valley.

Our recent stay at Zafora in Cappadocia was truly unforgettable. The location is simply outstanding, with breathtaking views that make every moment special—especially from the terraces, which offer some of the most stunning scenery we’ve ever experienced. What made our stay even more memorable was the exceptional hospitality. A special thank you to Mr. Ali, Mr. Sulchuk, and the entire team, who were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to assist us as first-time visitors. Their guidance and care made us feel completely at home. The breakfast was a highlight in itself—an abundant and beautifully presented spread that turned each morning into a delightful experience. The rooms are modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with premium-quality linens, plush towels, and beautifully curated toiletries that add a luxurious touch. The Nespresso machine in the room was another delight to have in the room. Zafora is truly a gem, and staying here was an absolute treat. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

The property was superb! The Hotel is located in Uchisar which is near and accessible from Goreme which is the center of Cappadocia. But it is distanced enough away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Goreme. It is a stone throw away from Uchisar castle (tip: best viewing point for the hot air balloon flights) and the fairy chimneys. The hotel itself has very good viewing terrace. Just 5 minutes away from the hotel are array of good restaurants. The room was pristine. The bed was confortable and the bathroom was so spacious. Almost all necessities are provided. Breakfast was included and the serving was generous! They also have a menu for dining options. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They helped us booking our activities, cabs, and communicating with locals. Bugra and Babir were great, we mostly interact with them and they really made us feel we’re well taken care of. I will highly recommend this hotel. We wish we stayed a bit longer!

I liked everthing..... Perfect hotel.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was flawless, and the views from the property are stunning. One of the biggest highlights was the morning: we could watch the hot air balloons right from the hotel, and some of them even landed right around us! Location-wise, it is perfect just a 5-minute walk to both Pigeon Valley and the town center. As for the breakfast, it is honestly among the best we have ever experienced anywhere. On top of that, the hotel managed our airport transfers and booked our balloon tour flawlessly. They also gave us excellent recommendations and guidance for a horse riding tour. If you want a hassle-free, spectacular Cappadocia experience, look no further. Highly recommended

The views of the room was just stunning, waking up to beautiful sights of the Hot Air Balloons taking flight is truly one of the key highlights of staying at this Hotel. The owners were really helpful in making sure that our stay was comfortable - by recommending activities for us to do, helping to co-ordinate airport transfer and transfer within the city. Location of this hotel is at Uchisar, which from what I can see, seems like a quieter side of Cappadocia as compared to the main town Goreme. That being said, it's only a 10 minute cab ride to the main town and I would say the location is better - more quiet and peaceful. Great for Couples who want a getaway - Not too far from the hustle and bustle of Goreme but far enough to feel on a special getaway. Their breakfast was great, a traditional Turkish breakfast spread which we looked forward to each morning before starting our day. The room was great, they had a heater in the room to make sure that we are able to keep warm during the night.

The hotel location and view were great. All staff super helpfull and friendly. Hotel reception hepled us airport transfer and arrange tours. Breakfast also very good with Turkish specialities. Everybody need experience this hotel.

The view was stunning, our room was really comfortable, we really liked staying at the living room with the heater, also the breakfast was amazing, and the most excellent were the staffs, we arrived Turkey actually on a long public holiday, so we couldn’t find any money exchange store, one of the staff and his brother helped us to exchange money with a perfect rate, we really appreciated it! All of the staffs were helpful and friendly, even Tarcin always energetic haha!

And that’s exactly what Memories Cave House offers. The host is incredibly graceful and welcoming, with an instinct for sharing tips that feel perfectly tailored to you — not the usual tourist traps, but authentic, personal experiences that make sure you leave with a smile on your face. The room was fantastic: the bed large and comfortable, the lighting warm, sensual, and inviting. Silence abounds — except for the beautiful azan drifting softly through the window. It truly is a haven of peace. And I can see why it’s called Memories Cave House — because it leaves you with wonderful memories. I recommend this place wholeheartedly. After a week travelling through Turkey, it has been my absolute favourite stay. All I can say is: a big heart, and deep gratitude.

I stayed at Via Regia with my parents, who are very demanding people and usually complain literally about everything: they were even more enthusiastic than me about our stay at this wonderful hotel. First of all, it is located far away from the chaotic Goreme and we loved the genuine atmosphere and lovely peace we were able to enjoy at Via Regia: everything felt so real and authentic! Room was so breathtaking that we would have rather spent the whole time of our holiday in there; everything is curated in the detail. The food at the restaurant was excellent and so was the service. In general, all the members of the staff were kind, warm, professional and very welcoming. Not to mention the breathtaking and exclusive view on the valley! I really think there are no words to describe the excellence of this hotel and marvelous experience you have by staying here!

We had a beautiful time in Capadocia, and a big reason for that was our amazing stay in Ahiyan Hotel. The hotel is small and private, and its calm vibe matches with Uchisar's peaceful character. Our room was large and comfortable and it made me want to skip the adventure and sleep a few more hours. Also the breakfast was fantastic, everything fresh and made in the moment. Special thanks to Fatma in reception for helping us orientate around Capadocia 🙂 Looking forward to visit this place again in the future, I totally recommend it!

The morning and evening views from the hotel balcony are stunning. The room was pleasant, and the staff was very accommodating. Uchisar isn't really the centre. so you can't expect it to be like Goreme but Uchisar is more beautiful. Goreme is only a 10-minute taxi ride away, and you can see a lot more hot air balloons from there.
