The cave hotel was outstanding. The care taker was very friendly and he helped us to roam around Goreme and also provided airport transfers. This was very helpful, as ubers are not very common in these area.

I had an amazing stay at Capanar Cave Hotel in Cappadocia! The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully designed. The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They offered many excellent recommendations for exploring the area, including tours, hot air balloon rides, and shuttles, all at very reasonable prices. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and generous, a true highlight of the experience. I highly recommend the suites and the hotel overall to everyone visiting Cappadocia. Congratulations to the wonderful family managing this business with so much love and professionalism. You’ve created a truly special place!

This was one of the best hotel stays we ever had! I cannot thank them enough for taking good care of everything that we needed even before we reached the hotel as there was series of delay on our flights. They were sooooo helpful in oh so many ways and will make you feel that everything is being taken cared of. They understand every situation and will do everything for their guests' comfort. The people of this hotel are the real assets! They did everything to make sure that all of my requests are handled properly and even go beyond what we expected. Serdar & Arman, you guys are really the best! Thank you so much! And the ladies at the rooftop breakfast are kind and sweet too!

Perfect accommodation: cosy room, comfortable bed, absolutely clean bathroom, hot shower. Breakfast is a dream: not a buffet but everything on your table, fresh fruit, eggs cooked o time and staff with the best smile ever ! Ah, and view on the mountains is astonishing!! Receptionist answered all the questions we had, suggested places to eat and managed the transfer. Hotel is 10-15 minutes walking from city centre which is great because you can sleep without noise and is from a short walk from everything. Easy to park your car.

Everything at Garden Suites Hotel was excellent, EXCEPT for the hot air balloon flight reservation. PLEASE READ THE LAST 2 PARAGRAPHS if you want to book a hot air ballon experience with them. We were three people, so we rented the family room, and it was wonderful to have so much space. The walls seemed well-insulated, as we couldn’t hear the prayer calls, which we appreciated. While decor wasn’t important to us, the room was beautifully decorated, cleaned daily, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower worked perfectly. Their breakfast service was fantastic, we enjoyed it every day! The rooftop was also a highlight, offering a peaceful and magical atmosphere, especially at sunrise. Although you can’t see the sunset due to the mountains surrounding the hotel, the rooftop is still a lovely spot. Regarding the hot air balloon flight, we booked through the hotel about a month before our stay for 279 euros. However, when we arrived, they informed us that the flight for the next morning was canceled, without providing a reason or an alternative time. We only had three nights at the hotel and we planned our whole trip around the Hot Air Balloon, leaving us with only one morning to reschedule. Initially, they told us we wouldn’t get the same price and would have to pay over 300 euros for a last minute booking. They asked us to check back the next day after 10 am for availability. When we did, a different staff member offered the flight for 250 euros, which we booked. They required cash payment in euros (the dollar price was $380). We asked for a receipt and the pickup time, but they couldn’t provide either at that moment, advising us to ask again after 3 pm. After checking back multiple times, we finally got a pickup time at 8 pm but they never gave us a receipt or the name of the hot air balloon company, but the next day we took the flight!! However they ruined our experience from day 1, awful.
