My husband, our cat, and I recently stayed at this charming family hotel during our road trip, and it was a delightful experience. Although the parking space is limited, we found it easy to park our car without any issues. The hotel feels like a cozy visit to grandma's cottage – the food is delicious, and the staff is always happy to chat and make you feel at home. What stood out the most was how pet-friendly the hotel is. Our cat was welcomed as a cherished guest, which made our stay even more special. We truly enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to anyone traveling with pets.

The property was so good.Yusuf was so helpful starting from allowing us to check in earlier, helping us to book balloon rides and supported us throughout our stay.He even allowed us to keep our luggages in the property after check out and bought our bags to us in a different place to help with our tours.His family was also so welcoming.We really loved breakfast we had there.Higly recommend the property to anyone looking for a stay in a beautiful place.

We had a wonderful stay at Lost City in Cappadocia! The manager, Ceylon, was professional, patient, and always went out of her way to help us. She also gave us great suggestions on where to go and what to do. Cutay was kind and attentive, making us feel very welcome. Leala kept our room spotless and was impressively quick and efficient with everything she did. A special thank you to Ceylon, Leala, and Cutay for arranging a lovely birthday surprise for my child — it truly made our trip extra memorable. 🥰

Great hotel, in a pleasant and very quiet location close to all interesting places in Cappadocia. Staying in a cave room is an amazing experience. Everywhere is clean and attentive staff. Special thanks to the receptionist Ilker who was very helpful. Perfect Turkish and rich breakfast. We recommend.

I had an amazing stay at Capanar Cave Hotel in Cappadocia! The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully designed. The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They offered many excellent recommendations for exploring the area, including tours, hot air balloon rides, and shuttles, all at very reasonable prices. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and generous, a true highlight of the experience. I highly recommend the suites and the hotel overall to everyone visiting Cappadocia. Congratulations to the wonderful family managing this business with so much love and professionalism. You’ve created a truly special place!

We had reserved two rooms for two nights, the cave-like place known in this area. As soon as we entered our room, we could smell a strong smell of damp and mold. There was one dehumidifier that couldn't absorb all the moisture. There was no way we could leave right away because we had a hot air balloon flight booked for the next morning. It was very dusty, sand was falling everywhere from the ceiling and walls. My husband went to sleep in the car. In the few hours inside the room, our clothes absorbed the moisture and smelled bad. After the hot air balloon flight and the breakfast (which was very poor) we left right away. They didn't want to refund us for one night 😡

We had a fantastic stay! The room and facilities were excellent and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with a good variety, and the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

The staff at this hotel, especially Ata, made this experience in Goreme absolutely memorable for us. The owner of the hotel is a hot air balloon pilot and we booked through the hotel for the flight(Brothers Balloon). We got an amazing rate for the flight and as it was my husbands Birthday, they arranged a celebration with cake upon landing for him which was such a special touch and was truly appreciated! The pilot made it a point to come and speak to us after the flight and asked how our stay at the hotel was going. We booked our atv tour, hot air balloon, green tour all through the hotel directly which was extremely convenient and all included a pick up and drop off at the hotel. The hotel is extremely clean and well organized for a new hotel. The location of the hotel made it an amazing view spot for the sunrise balloon spotting, with a few balloons flying directly over the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying at Perla Cappadocia!
