I reached at 9 in the morning and a room was available so I got my room. My wife's leg was broken and she couldn't walk properly but Yusuf and his staff helped us to take us to the hospital in the morning and in the evening. They are always ready to help up for everything. Delicious breakfast, clean room, clean bathroom, bed was super comfy, peaceful atmosphere.

Fantastic hotel, the rooms were incredible and the terrace was lovely for relaxing! Beautiful sunset! The staff were absolutely fantastic! Ceylan in particular was incredibe, she was always happy to help and very informative! Very kind! Bonus: there is a hotel dog

The decor is stunning, the staff is extremely attentive and caring, the room was absolutely beautiful, the bed really comfortable. Sparking clean hotel. Delicious breakfast. Quiet part of Cappadoce away from all the crazy tourists.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel was very clean, the food was delicious, and it was conveniently close to the city center. During my stay, I unfortunately lost my passport, but the staff made many phone calls and helped me so much. Thanks to their kindness, what could have been a very stressful trip became a comforting and memorable experience. I truly appreciate their support.

The staff at this hotel, especially Ata, made this experience in Goreme absolutely memorable for us. The owner of the hotel is a hot air balloon pilot and we booked through the hotel for the flight(Brothers Balloon). We got an amazing rate for the flight and as it was my husbands Birthday, they arranged a celebration with cake upon landing for him which was such a special touch and was truly appreciated! The pilot made it a point to come and speak to us after the flight and asked how our stay at the hotel was going. We booked our atv tour, hot air balloon, green tour all through the hotel directly which was extremely convenient and all included a pick up and drop off at the hotel. The hotel is extremely clean and well organized for a new hotel. The location of the hotel made it an amazing view spot for the sunrise balloon spotting, with a few balloons flying directly over the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying at Perla Cappadocia!

Great location, you can see hot balloon from the balcony and you can enjoy from there, If you really want to enjoy, just wake up before sunrise and go the terrace. Even I was able to see balloons from the window from room. Breakfast was good too :-)
