Great atmosphere! The staff was very very kind and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. The bed was very very comfortable, and the rooms was spacious. I stayed in a double room with my dad, but I'd recommend it to only couples as there is bathrooms is a bit exposed.

I reached at 9 in the morning and a room was available so I got my room. My wife's leg was broken and she couldn't walk properly but Yusuf and his staff helped us to take us to the hospital in the morning and in the evening. They are always ready to help up for everything. Delicious breakfast, clean room, clean bathroom, bed was super comfy, peaceful atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay at Lost City in Cappadocia! The manager, Ceylon, was professional, patient, and always went out of her way to help us. She also gave us great suggestions on where to go and what to do. Cutay was kind and attentive, making us feel very welcome. Leala kept our room spotless and was impressively quick and efficient with everything she did. A special thank you to Ceylon, Leala, and Cutay for arranging a lovely birthday surprise for my child — it truly made our trip extra memorable. 🥰

Cappanar cave hotel was really good. It looked and felt exactly as shown in the pics. Living in this cave hotel gave us the vibe of living in a different era. Please be mindful that it's not situated in the city centre of Goreme, but a good 20 mins drive from there - a place called Nar. But the drive is worth it. The owner was very helpful. He arranged a car for us from/to Goreme bus station for pick up and drop off. He also helped us sort out the hot air balloon tickets. We booked the red tour with his help, but no offense to him, the guide was pathetic, and we had a very bad experience with the guide. Please make sure that you are not booking that guide for any of your customers. The food, prepared right in front of us, was amazing and the best we had in Turkey. We would definitely recommend this place to those who want an authentic Cappadocia experience.

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very hospitable. The location is perfect, as it is close to the Göreme town center. They accommodated all of our requests. We booked a balloon tour through them, but unfortunately, it was canceled due to bad weather. They also arranged an airport transfer, which was smooth and convenient. I highly recommend this place!

Great location, you can see hot balloon from the balcony and you can enjoy from there, If you really want to enjoy, just wake up before sunrise and go the terrace. Even I was able to see balloons from the window from room. Breakfast was good too :-)
