The hotel is clean with a marvellous view towards the sea and the city of Istanbul. Its location is great, just at the metro station and it takes 15 minutes to get to the city centre and places of interest. There are modern cafes and restaurants nearby. The fitness and spa centre are cosy and never crowded. My kids totally enjoyed the pool. There is a top-roof restaurant with delicious local food, live music and beautiful interior. The breakfast is abundant, delicious both providing local food and regular meals. The kids centre was clean, spacious and bright. The staff is friendly and helpful. The kind attention of Erdzan who speaks Bulgarian and was constantly making sure we were enjoying our stay was extremely welcoming.
