Super clean room and facilities, an amazing location - quiet yet central, close to the beach and most of attractions in the city. Friendly staff members! Their hospitality is 10/10.

Soggiorno fantastico sotto ogni punto di vista. La guest house è immersa nella tranquillità della Big Island, curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e dotata di tutto ciò che serve (e anche di più). Gli spazi sono comodi, accoglienti e trasmettono subito una sensazione di casa. La cucina esterna condivisa è super attrezzata e comodissima, perfetta per organizzarsi durante il soggiorno. Tutto è pensato per rendere l’esperienza semplice, rilassante e senza stress. I padroni di casa sono eccezionali: gentili, disponibili, sempre pronti a dare consigli utili su cosa vedere, dove mangiare e come vivere al meglio l’isola, senza mai essere invadenti. Si percepisce chiaramente quanto tengano al benessere degli ospiti. Posizione strategica per esplorare la Big Island, soprattutto la zona di Kona, con un perfetto equilibrio tra natura, silenzio e comodità negli spostamenti. Se cercate un posto autentico, rilassante e gestito con grande attenzione e passione, questo è il posto giusto. Tornerei qui senza pensarci due volte. Consigliatissimo!

Perfect spot for our first night in Hawaii. Easy to communicate with Mychelle, who was there when we arrived to welcome us and show us the amenities.

The property is a short drive out of the old town but walking distance to the beach. The room was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. The gardens surrounding the accommodation were beautiful. Breakfast was available each morning on the back patio and included cereal, yoghurt, bagels, fresh papaya and tea and coffee. Su and Steve were very welcoming and friendly with suggestions of things to do. We arrived from Volcano with ash and pele's hair on our car. Su very kindly hosed down our car. We would not hesitate to recommend Orchid Tree to anyone coming to Hilo.

Discover a new chapter in its evolution featuring redesigned rooms and suites, refreshed infinity pools, new dining concepts and more. We stayed in a two bedroom suite facing the ocean and woke up to rainbows every morning! The hotel itself is in the best location in Waikiki and we appreciated proximity to all the luxury shops, restaurants and beaches. The D tower is close to a little market downstairs which was really helpful and Dean & Deluca provided some great caffeine fix. We also enjoyed the pool -- my 3 yr old niece made some very special memories learning to swim there. The property is sparkling clean, tastefully decorated and very secure with tons of helpful staff at the valet desk which was great for shopping/parking. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need, and while we ate out for the most part, it was really great to cook sometimes and do the laundry as we stayed over a week. The suite was very comfortable for our family of 4 adults and 1 kid, and the quality of service was exceptional throughout our stay. From the cleaning staff to bell men to front desk, every single hotel staff we encountered remained courteous, quick and kind. In particular the concierge team, Jordan and Aiko, went above and beyond their ways to make our stay so special for my sister's wedding and I am so grateful for all their help before, during and after our stay. My mom loved the view and ambience of La Vie restaurant for breakfasts and we enjoyed Friday fireworks twice during our stay, once from the Italian restaurant on site and also from our suite. It is as good as it gets in Waikiki when you have such a luxurious, calm and peaceful home base, especially for a family visit. I also stayed at Kahala resorts before my family arrived and still think that the Ritz was the best choice for the family to spend time together. As someone who spends more time at 5 star hotels than my own home, the quality of the staff and service really stood out for me for this property and I look forward to going back❤️🌈
