Room was clean and the bathroom upgrade was beautiful. The location was 15 mins away from the Pontchartrain Convention & Civic Center which we had a competition at and there were tons of food options near the hotel. Great experience and will be booking again next year.

Having two bathrooms and an in-unit washer and dryer was especially convenient, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool and gym were a welcome bonus, and the option to store our luggage when we arrived early was extremely helpful. Although we rarely saw any staff, the system worked seamlessly and made for an easy, enjoyable stay.
