It was extremely clean (I'm very picky with clean sheets/showers). The breakfast was sufficient and offered variety. I like the way the rooms are set up. There was so much to do in the vicinity also. I felt safe and secure and property was close to getting back on the interstate. We were pleasantly surprised that dinner was included in the cost of our room and drinks. Tasted very good. loved the hot tub and pool also. Very clean and comfortable hotel.

Great Smokies Inn - Cherokee ligger lige ved den naturskønne Blue Ridge Parkway, 1,6 km fra Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Every one of the staff is so nice, and I love the fact that they have good, fresh coffee in the lobby.

Everything. I injured my back quite badly during my stay whilst out from the hotel, when I came back the staff especially on front desk were so helpful. I’d like to give a particular mention to frank on front desk, I could barely walk and he was kind enough to offer to get my car from the parking lot and bring it to the reception so I could head to the hospital. Please pass on my regards to him and recognise him for going above and beyond.
