As this was our second time here, it was great to recognize some of the amazing staff like Elton. The facility is well maintained and has the most comfortable mattresses and pillows. We also had a wide variety of TV channels that lured us to remain indoors on many days. The apartment we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. The swimming pools were also very nice and clean. Staff are always responsive to queries and questions

Absolutely loved the cleanliness, beautiful decor and lovely swimming pool. The entire house was immaculate, well cared for and the children's rooms are so cosy and magical. The company are very responsive and the resort itself is brilliant with its waterslides, pool and outside bar.

Far better than the average resort. Apartment is very comfortable and well equiped. Everything you may need to cook, wash your clothes. Nicely furnished AND lots of space. The swimming pool and water park are a very wellcome extra, specially with kids. The staff at the entrance were polite AND efficient. Host was quick to respond and did his best to accomodate an earlier check in. Disney parks are no more than 10 minutes away.

Beautiful, spacious and clean apartment. Excellent location for the Disney Parks, restaurants and supermarkets. Amazing clubhouse with good drinks and food at affordable prices. Swimming pool, lazy river and slides were all great!

The swimming pool, and the water park, and the apartment was lovely, the reception area also great.

Our family spent 4 nights. Front Staff greeted us with smile every time we walked in. They are partnered with the Universal Studios. So the shuttle bus service is available for pick-up and drop off. (Only during specific days and time - confirm with hotel) complimentary breakfast was good. Coffee and Juice are always available in the dining area. They also have outdoor dining area near the swimming pool. Overall, good hotel for family.

The water park,swimming pools and arcade area

Location was excellent, only five minutes from disney. If you're holiday is simply centred on visiting disney and the other theme parks car hire is not necessary, free shuttle buses to the disney park and you can just avail of uber taxis who have great rates. Hotel facilities from the outdoor swimming pool to the gym were excellent. Cable and satellite TV channels available like showtime also. Cleanliness of hotel was excellent also as were the staff. Nearby Target store was big plus too.
