The hotel is really great—spotlessly clean, the mattresses are incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel is very nice and the rooms were lovely. The gym was also well equipped. The facilities in the room were great. Huge TV and in the general the room was very big compared to other places we stayed. I had one issue but the staff fixed it immediately. Much appreciated.

Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

Located at the foothills of the Smoky Mountains and situated 300 metres from Dolly Parton's Stampede in Pigeon Forge, Twin Mountain Inn & Suites features a seasonal outdoor pool, free WiFi access and... Fantastic location within walking distance of the stampede as well as the main road with restaurants /shops etc. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, balcony overlooking the river but even if facing and also out front an amazing view of the Smokey mountains. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Always happy to help and went out of their way to help with advice on how to get to places.
