Located on Montevideo’s waterfront area, this luxurious hotel offers sea views from every room, a panoramic gym with sauna and an outdoor hydromassage tub. Massage sessions can be booked. The hotel itself, is a real gem. This is due to the following reasons. Number one is the staff……totally efficient and able to address and solve more complex travellers issues.As well, from front desk to room attendants, I was greeted each day with genuine enthusiasm regarding customer care. Number two is hotel amenities…….. gym, weights, mats, all with the rooftop view…… who wouldn’t want to work out!? 😃 And of course, the wonderful rooftop swim spa which you may book at your convenience for private use. Loved it. Number three is LOCATION….. it simply doesn’t get better than this sweet Punta Carretas neighbourhood. With the hotel right on the Rambla, there is shopping and the fantastic selection of restaurants all right around the corner. Meanwhile, back at the hotel, you have always got the wonderful view……

My wife and I stayed at the Puertovideo apartments (one bedroom apt) for five nights in October 2024. We were absolutely delighted with the place! The area looks a little sketchy, especially when we arrived at the weekend. However, we soon realized that most of the streets in the old town looked the same and we had no problems coming and going, day or late at night. It reminded us of midtown New York. The location was perfect, with all the old town attractions within walking distance. The Apt was gorgeous, very modern, spacious and had everything we needed. All the appliances were new, and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Dirk (the owner) was in touch with us well in advance of our stay, and the lovely Betha took care of us from check-in. They were very friendly, helpful, very responsive, and we lacked nothing over our stay. All in all, great value for money and a great place to stay in Montevideo!

Located in Montevideo, 1.2 km from Pocitos Beach, Cottage Puerto Buceo provides accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Great hotel. Would recommend 100%. Very good breakfast and the indoor pool was perfect.

The most amazing property and the staff could not have been more accommodating. It was spur of the moment and we will be back!
