Beautiful hotel. Our oceanfront rooms were just a few steps from the beach. The pool area was lovely. Quiet and relaxing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice to use Westin facilities but much preferred staying at Buoy Haus. Would highly recommend staying there.

It’s on a hill but surprisingly walkable to nearby restaurants and to the Main Street. The pool is lovely. We had been camping on St John and were able to use the laundry machine at the hotel to reset and not carry around damp beach stuff.

I had a wonderful stay at Fabio’s condo. It was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and in a great beachfront location close to Red Hook. Fabio was extremely communicative and accessible, and he was very accommodating when I told him my flight would land early and asked about an earlier check-in. I also met the cleaning lady, Carol, and she was lovely and very friendly. Overall, I had a great experience. My trip was from St. Thomas to St. John and back again, and I would have rebooked the condo for my return stay if it had been available. I highly recommend Fabio’s place to anyone visiting St. Thomas!

Fabio was a great host. The property was fantastic, you couldn't ask for more. The amenities were over the top, everything you could ask for, from the beach, chairs, snorkeling gear, sand pails and toys for the little ones even a paddle board. Great private patio and a George Foreman BBQ grill. And the Condo itself was beautiful Extremely clean filtered water, everything to prepare a full meal. Extremely comfortable king sized bed. The view was sensational. It was very quite, if you wanted action it was right down the beach not far at all. The property is right on the beach, and there is even a foot bath off the patio to wash of sand. You can't go wrong. Paradise!!

The breakfast was good. Add bacon to the menu. Location was excellent. I love that you had a choice to stay in or out door to enjoy your breakfast. The reception was excellent and welcoming.
