I stayed in quite a few hotels in Hanoi and this one is by far the best, they have very high standards and I would highly advice anyone to stay here.

The property was spotless. Morning buffet menu was great! Loved their cappuccino also! The staffs were extremely warm and welcoming. Location was central and easy to get around.

Meritel Hanoi asub Hanois. Kohapeal on välibassein, spordikeskus, terrass ja baar. My second visit to this hotel, and this time around was also flawless. I was “welcomed back” so they obviously pay attention to repeat guests. Thoughtful gift was waiting in the room for me. Price has increased since my last visit but I still think it represents very good value. The staff really set this hotel apart from others, I really liked how the staff member who checks you in also gives you their contact details and they act as concierge throughout your stay. In this case Judy, who helped us multiple times booking tickets to shows and tours, organising transports, dinner reservations etc etc. She was brilliant and definitely deserves a pay rise. Another thanks to Mark, we had a few problems during our stay (completely out of the hotels control and frankly not their problem) but he was very courteous and swift in assisting us and resolving our issue. He is a great staff member. I can highly recommend the couples spa package. Approx 3 hours in total and completely private.

Välibasseini, spordikeskuse ja baariga GM Premium Hotel asub Hanoi kesklinnas, 400 meetri kaugusel Püha Joosepi katedraalist. Selles neljatärnihotellis on concierge ja turismiinfo. Service attitude of all staff was excellent. From check in till we check out, we will treated so well. Special shout out to Vivian who greeted us during check in, brought us to our room and even accompanied us to the in house restaurant, which by the way has very nice dishes. My children love the food! We had to check out very early on the next morning. The gentleman at the front desk already know we planned to bring some breakfast on the go, he called the restaurant to preempt them. About the rooms, they were clean, good sound proofing. Location was convenient in The Old Quarters. I will definitely stay at GM Premium again if I return to Hanoi.

I liked everything! The hotel looks amazing and the staff is very kind and attentive. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was amazing and we had some welcoming fruits in the room. The breakfast was delicious and had a vast variety of options. The swimming pool is nice, there aren’t just many places to chill. Location is also great.
