The room was excellent, clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Everything was available inside the room. Breakfast was amazing with a variety of choices of sumptuous food. food prices for room service is also cheap. The staffs are so friendly. Ms. Chau (supervisor) is very commendable. She was so helpful and provided us details with regards to weather and the best time to visit Fansipan; where to buy souvenirs at cheap price, etc. She even arrange our transport to Halong Bay and handed us gift and a THANK YOU note. The hotel is well recommended. Given a chance to visit Sapa, we will definitely come back to Pistachio Hotel, it is just perfect!

Reception staff were absolutely exceptional - always most helpful. My room was of a good size and most comfortable, and it had a superb view from the large balcony. Breakfasts were great with a range of high quality international cuisine.

Located in Sa Pa, 3.9 km from Fansipan Legend Cable Car Station, Pao's Sapa Leisure Hotel provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Absolutely wonderful hotel, just outside the centre of Sapa. Wonderful views, spacious rooms, super clean with great facilities and fantastic staff.

Everything was just perfect, clean room, super friendly stuff, great location with wonderful mountain view. Unfortunatelly we had really bad weather conditions so we had to leave 1 day earlier which was not problem at all.
