The room was excellent, clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Everything was available inside the room. Breakfast was amazing with a variety of choices of sumptuous food. food prices for room service is also cheap. The staffs are so friendly. Ms. Chau (supervisor) is very commendable. She was so helpful and provided us details with regards to weather and the best time to visit Fansipan; where to buy souvenirs at cheap price, etc. She even arrange our transport to Halong Bay and handed us gift and a THANK YOU note. The hotel is well recommended. Given a chance to visit Sapa, we will definitely come back to Pistachio Hotel, it is just perfect!

Situated in Sa Pa, Hotel de la Coupole - MGallery features a heated indoor swimming pool, spa and fitness centre. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a unique design and stunning views. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The staff were outstanding friendly. The restaurant experience was not that much, CACAO pizza was delicious. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Sapa and above the cloud.

Everything. The hospitality was beyond incredible and the staff - in its entirety - was extremely professional and kind. They went above and beyond to meet any need or request that we had. The hotel itself is fabulous and the rooms, the public spaces and the views are immaculate. The breakfast is superb. The restaurants of the hotels are really good. The shuttle service is excellent and convenient. The kids room is descent. The team assisted us with planning the trip in Sapa and they did it perfectly. Everything is being run up to the highest standard. Wonderful and professional manager. Perfect value for money.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable rooms, stunning views. Service was impeccable, from the welcome tea to the buffet, it was completely perfect. Staff so helpful and they would assist to your needs immediately. Rooms were comfortable, very clean and had all the amenities you would need in a hotel. Toiletries, towels, room service etc. Huge buffet with a lot of choice from western to eastern kitchen, lovely. Nothing much else to add. Thank you for making our stay at your hotel perfect.

I really love the staffs attitude towards the guests .very friendly and service oriented.
