Our room was quiet, comfortable, and well appointed. The bathroom was stunning! We spent much time in the pool, which was well maintained and a welcome break from the heat. Scooter rentals were easy to obtain right from the hotel for local exploration. The staff was wonderful, from booking excursions for us, to putting local spots in our Google maps so we wouldn't get lost. Just truly outstanding service from such lovely, kind people. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The bidet in our washroom broke and the staff was very quick to get that sorted out. The views in that place were beyond my expectation!!

Staff were so amazing and made our stay so much better, very attentive, smiling, helpful, they are definitely big part of what makes this place so great. At first we had reserved only 3 nights but prolonged twice to total of 6 nights, so we could stay there longer. Location of the bungalow is very good, very close to some highlights of the Ninh Binh area. Hang Mua view and cave is located like 5 minutes by bicycle. Bich Dong pagoda is 20 minutes by bicycle, very close. Breakfast was really good, other food in the restaurant we also enjoyed. We stayed in our own bungalow, it was very peaceful and very quiet also with the waterfront view. The place was clean, room was spacious enough, large bathroom. Beds were also quite comfy. You can rent bicycles and bikes there, which we did and enjoyed. Staff remembered us so anything we needed we didn't even need to say the room number, they immediately knew. Also they have very cute doggos there a mum and a puppy 10/10.

Starting, of course, by the staff, whom were extremely kind and helpful, helping us in every possible way. Our room was huge, with an amazing view of river, a bed that needs a GPS to find the exit, a tub with a view of the river, a very comfy balcony and a shower with no problem on hot water(which is very common in Vietnam). They offer a lot of services, like laundry, motorbike rental, massagem, pool and a few others, but the restaurant also deserves a compliment for the dishes served.

Brilliant breakfast and beautiful rooms, very comfortable and clean. Very good value for money, we would definitely stay here again. Very peaceful stay, just wish we had stayed for longer.
