My wife and I had the best time at Neighbourgood. The room we booked was amazing. Very spacious, cozy, and comfortable. We had room for both our luggage (2 big, 2 cabin ones) and still had a full table available. The room has a kitchen filled with supplies, making it easy to prepare breakfast or other meals. The bathroom and shower were also great, with a lot of space for storage of toiletries, great shower temperature and preassure. Everything was super clean. The team comes in for daily bed-making. We were very happy to have coffee pods replaced daily - there's a Nespresso machine with cream available. We were there for our honeymoon and received a complimentary kit for the occasion, which was very lovely and made our stay even more special. The hotel is well-located, making it easy to access most tourist destinations. Overall, for us, this was an 11/10 experience. To the staff who welcomed us and made this event so special: our most sincere thank you.

The breakfast spread was wide and delicious. I liked that they also had tasty vegetarian options and the staff were warm and friendly. Nozipho, Hugo and Rodriguez made it feel like home. Our luggage didnt arrive when we did, and they made every effort to make us comfortable under the circumstances,even helping with the call to the airline. The hotel is cosy and it almost gives you the feeling that you are the only ones there, so it was a pleasant. surprise to see all the other families at the rooftop to watch new years fireworks!

Situated in Cape Town and only 400 metres from Sunset Beach, Latitude Aparthotel by Totalstay features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. This was a 10/10 stay from check-in to check-out! From the uber friendly staff and beautiful apartments to the breathtaking views and decadent art - Latitude Aparthotel delivered and then some. The property is located on a bustling street in Sea Point and you have your pick of shops, restaurants (The Greek Fisherman is a must), bars and convenience stores! The overall location is also a convenient base for exploring all Cape Town has to offer. The interior design of this property is next level and the dining options on the 9th floor will keep you coming back for more! Note - during the day the street outside is busy & loud, which we loved, and later at night it all quiets down. They offer tons of secure parking on-site, have incredible co-working spaces & and content studio available and there is a small pool with stellar views on the roof top too! We’ll be back as this has now become our go-to for Cape Town!

Van der Stel Manor is situated in a residential area, 5 minutes' drive from the centre of Stellenbosch. The restored Cape Dutch home features a garden and outdoor pool. The breakfast was outstanding!! Please be really hungry so you can enjoy it at your leisure. They make the most delicious scones and that’s before the egg options.

Breakfast was great as was the location and facilities although I did not get to experience much. Checked in, in the afternoon and left for a function at 18h00. Back at midnight and out before 10h00. Rates are on the less affordable side for the standard South African, although I do understand this is peak season.
