The location is in a more quiet area so it was a calm place, and the train stations are in walking distance. Comfortable bed, working refrigerator and an easy-to-use entrance method. Bonus points for the cute cafe next-door!
Hotel was modern and super clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Location is very convenient with direct access to Osaka Station and multiple department stores like Hankyu, Daimaru, Lucua.
Absolutely amazing stay. Bonus points for the onsen on the 18th floor!
Enjoyed our week long stay at this hotel. The room was small but comfortable, and the fittings and furnishings were very modern and sophisticated. Bonus points for having usb ports on both sides of the bed.
They also served free breakfast of coffee and pastries (mini donuts and muffins) every morning.
The Dohtonbori area was only a 15 minute walk away, and nearest part of the shopping street about a 10 minute walk away. These areas kept us busy for many days so we rarely had to catch public transport.
I did not expect such a great stay despite the price reflecting the quality of the hotel.
