Situated in a beautiful place, clean, tidy hotel. The staff was very helpful, food was tasty and all of it for really reasonable price

We stayed here 5 years ago, and this year we got back for skiing. The best hotel in the area, SPA is fantastic and restaurant is super, beds are for deep sleep, the view is stunning. If we go to Andorra again, we will choose Roc Meler again. Thank you guys 😁

Exceptional quality residence, with a great spa and gym. The shuttle to the ski lifts was very convenient, running every 5 minutes. Ski rentals are available at the shop in the hotel; convenient locker rooms. Breakfast was also great!

Everyone in the staff was very nice, with a special shout out to an incredible woman at the front desk who check me in and out - she was spark of joy. Hotel was very clean and quiet, with spacy room and bathroom with both a bath and walk in shower. But my favourite part was a not-so-mini spa, for a very affordable price. Definitely would visit again!

Big rooms, great facilities such as pool and kids room. Walking distance to some trails in the nature. The staff was fantastic, specially Paola who helped us organise outings that were adapted to two small kids. Highly recommend!

Stayed here many times over the years always had a pleasant experience ☺️ 2 shuttle buses to take you to the gondola

Excellent value for money, perfect location if you’re with a car - hotel has a free parking across the road. Simple but solid breakfast and very helpful personnel

great location, near 2 major ski station. It's convenient if you drive a car. And the room is comfortable with 4 beds, family friendly. warmly air-conditioned, like it!

Food is excellent and great value for money especially when you do half board. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities are great too.

ok where do i even start with this hotel? we spent ages researching where to stay on a first road trip to Andorra, and we are so glad we decided to stay at Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa. I genuinely can not recommend this hotel enough as for me and my wife it was perfect. I loved the fact that by the 2nd day everyone knew my name, all the staff were super friendly, supportive, providing advice and guidance as required. The parking across the hotel was super convenient and now that we know the bus routes we didnt need our car for much else. The hotel itself is how you see it in the pictures but in reality it is so much better in person. The lobby is grand, i love fact the the hotel is built into the side of a mountain and all the rooms are below road level. Our room 406 was amazing, the room service team, front of house, restaurant staff and the breakfast teams were all fantastic. I want to mention a few people who made our stay extra special, Sergio, William, Kevin, Eric, Maria, Juno and Oscar all deserve to be recognized for their professionalism and mannerism and i really hope the hotel management provide my comments to the team. i mentioned these people as i engaged with this staff every day of our 5 night stay. I highly recommend this hotel, location is perfect, staff are amazing, the food is fantastic too. Also as it was off-season we had the Spa to ourselves on most days! Me and my wife are not Skiiers but we are already planning our next trip. Hope to see you all again, regards, Mr Singh

A modern, incredibly stylish, and spotless hotel. Excellent staff and a delicious restaurant. The hotel is conveniently located near the lift, restaurants, and shops. The breakfast is excellent, and they even serve champagne! We are very happy with our stay and will definitely come back!

Excellent hotel located 200 meters from the ski lift. With free parking and excellent breakfast. Very attentive staff. Excellent restaurant on the first floor. Very clean rooms.

Everything was very comfortable, the staff were extremely welcoming, the breakfast was excellent, and the spa (paid separately) was great.
