Perfect from the minute we arrived. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, anything you needed they were there for. I could not recommend this place enough. Great stay and would 1000% return. Hopefully in the summer this time!

Friendly and helpful lady on reception. Room was nearly new, very clean and really quite luxurious for the low price. It's on the main road, near the supermarkets, but it is quiet at night. I was there for the Armenia water festival, which I only realised when I walked out of the hotel and got a bucket of water in the face from a local child. So there was a cold shower and cultural experience included for nothing.

Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Location is romantic and beautiful. We spent a lovely handful of days in a cozy wooden room with a great view on Sevan.

This is my favorite place on Sevan Lake. I always stay here. It is not fancy, but really cosy and friendly place with the best views and super restaurant.

Amazing place by the Sevan Lake. Family and Ani.al friendly. The is an option for b&b and HB. The food was excellent. There are some restaurants adjacent to the hotel. Great heated outdoor swimming pool. We took the apartment and it was amazing, two floors on the lake shore.

Just one street away from the town centre with a big supermarket called ZIM, if I remember correctly, nearby. The staff was friendly and professional and the hotel accepted card payments, although we'd prepared cash. The room was big and seemed even bigger than described in the room details displayed on Booking. There's a big garden around with some Soviet-era benches. Good local and countryside views.
