It was one of the best places where we stayed and felt really at home and heartily welcomed. We had an awesome boat ride and after sunset great talks by the bonfire. The location is really fantastic and wish we had more time to stay.

I don't often regret my travel plans but I do regret only booking 1 night here. I think a lot of people (myself included) look at the location and treat it as a passthrough between Etosha and Botswana but I urge you to spend 2+ nights here! We stayed in the luxury tents and can't say enough great things about them. They are right on the rivers edge, the photos don't do them justice. Everything was immaculately clean, the spacious deck was perfect for a sunset dinner, and the bed was big and comfortable. Hippos and beavers were visible from the comfort of the deck. The staff were also friendly, funny, and helpful, and made our short stay even more enjoyable. Do yourself a favour - stay here longer and take one of the river cruises to see the animals closer, and enjoy this awesome spot

The setting, right on the river, was beautiful. The garden was magical. The boat trip was fantastic and by far the cheapest, and one of the highlights of our holiday. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
