The location along the Kavango river was amazing. Top view on the river from the room and the restaurant. Excellent food. We did the river cruise and the Bwabwata national park with the lodge. Not to forget about Leo and Panda the house dogs😀 Would recommend.

Mukuku Rest Camp is a beautiful oasis located directly at Kavango river. Unfortunately we only stayed one night at this wonderful place. Hannes and Ansie were amazing hosts and did everything to make us feel comfortable. We would love to come back again and spend more time there :)

The setting, right on the river, was beautiful. The garden was magical. The boat trip was fantastic and by far the cheapest, and one of the highlights of our holiday. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The description given was not accurate.

The description given was not accurate. The chalets we had were not selfcatering and all we could do was BBQ. There were no pots or pans, no microwave or stove top. The island bar was lovely and the views of the river were superb. The chalets were not on the island as we thought and there are only 5 tents on the island itself.
