This hotel was breath-taking in every way. Staff were exceptional, location was out of this world. The room was phenomenal & the location was magical. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else on this trip than this hotel & would 100% recommend it to others (and come again). The room that was provided was beyond all expectations, and the view from the balcony over the jungle and across the river to Brazil was everything I hoped for as we relaxed in the evenings post a day of exploring. We had to check out early on our last day for our plane before breakfast was served & the hotel provided a breakfast to go box for us of juice, fruit & pastries - a final touch of class from them. One of the best hotels I've ever been too (and this was even while they were doing construction work which wasn't a bother at all!)

Firstly, credit to the staff- especially Leandro and his female colleague whose name unfortunately I didn't catch- for being so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect- provided you understand it is in the 'jungle' and not in town- for us it perfectly suited our needs. Lots of wildlife can be seen from the hotel and the setting amid the forest is superb. The pool area is beautiful, the breakfast more than adequate and the room extremely comfortable and spacious. The place had an unexpectedly luxurious feel and made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended and I'd love to return.

EVERYTHING! Great place with great staff! Me and a party of two others booked the place super late in the evening while we were driving on the road and the staff were there to receive us. A message was even sent out. We only stayed one night but would have stayed longer if we were to spend more nights in the area. Breakfast was diverse, good, and plenty of. It was a nice atmosphere with the pet as well there. Beautiful view. Bedrooms were big and comfortable and the bathroom was great and clean. Towels were provided/found readily available in the room. Great parking space as well! Seeing as we arrived late in the evening and did not know any dinner places open, the restaurant next to us was open. I believe this one is attached/connected to the hotel. Amazing food and great atmosphere! Will attach a foto of the meal. As for tourist friendly I would range it as extremely high! I am a non-Spanish speaker and felt the staff were more than understanding towards me and my broken Spanish.

It's a modern hotel, with spacious, well-furnished rooms, convenient power outlets, a large table, and a large bathroom. The breakfast is excellent, with a good selection of sweet and savory options. Wifi is good. The position is strategic, in front of the terminal bus station, but a bit far from the city center (the bus to the center are very cheap, but it is not easy to know their routes). Also the restaurant is good, and with reasonable prices; this is very useful because there are no restaurants nearby,

I could have happily stayed at this hotel for more than just one night. The views from the rooftop pool were absolutely incredible. The food at the rooftop restaurant was also delicious. The staff was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious, with very comfortable beds. There are plenty of different restaurants within a short walking distance. The breakfast was also good, though I did miss having orange juice.

really close to the bus station where you can get a bus for a few bucks and with A/C to grt you to the waterfalls on both side, one day u take it to argentina and the other day to Brazil from the same bus station
