Very helpful staff and good breakfast

Very nice hotel with a clean room, friendly stuff and great breakfast. Tasty room service for dinner.

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are big and comfortable. Close to downtown.

Loi Suites is a luxurious property in the jungle. I loved the main pool area nestled in the trees with birds all around. The view from the rooms into the forest is fantastically relaxing, as is the bathtub. Breakfast is a full spread with good coffee and the balcony view is great for enjoying more of the forest and the birds. I only wish I could have stayed longer. My friends saw monkeys on the property but I missed them! We contracted a driver with the hotel who handled our transport throughout the stay, which was very convenient.

Had half board and the Red Level snacks, we were covered for drinks and food it felt like an all inclusive. The buffet breakfasts has lots of really good options. A la carte dinner was excellent. There is a lovely rooftop bar (not include) and pool bar, lots of options. One of the biggest pools in a hotel I have seen, great for swimming or just hanging watching and hearing the falls. You can just walk into the national park walks, get ahead of the crowds and be back before noon and go cool down by the pool.

Renovated big room with a nice balcony, viewing the river. Simple, but very good breakfast, savory and sweet. Friendly staff. The hotel is located 10-15 minutes to everyting.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were truly customer-oriented: communication was easy and pleasant from the start, everyone was very friendly, and we even received a room upgrade, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, and the territory feels safe and well-organized. There’s convenient parking on site, and it was a nice bonus to have massage services available. We also loved the small mini-shop with all the essentials - super handy when you need something quickly. Lunches were great as well (unlimited for just 35,000 per person) and definitely worth it. Overall, a very comfortable stay with outstanding service - we’d happily come back.

one of the front desk people spoke English well and was very helpful in getting us to what we wanted to see without tours and we saw all we needed to see.

Lovely breakfast, good location between the Argentinian and Brazilian falls. Also only a few blocks to all the restaurants on Brazil street in the evening.

Great facilities and ample rooms

The staff were so attentive and lovely! It was my birthday, and they surprised me with a bag of chocolates waiting for me!! ❤️❤️

True to its name, it is in the heart of the city! The lift is bucolic (reminds me of my childhood, lifts were like this), the room has a retro 70’s (the era I grew up) feel, colours of the Casa Rosada❤️🇦🇷 and updated with a modern bathroom, open closet space, enough power points with European plug sockets for equipment charging, flat screen tv and even a pink air conditioning fan coil to match! The señor who checked us in was kind to personally ensure I didn’t miss the turning into the car park. A personable team of staff with excellent inter-personal skills. The water dispenser at the lobby is a welcome apparatus much appreciated, I see a microwave oven and hot water dispenser for mate - indeed a kind hotel. Thank you.
