Phenomenal hotel, ideally located (walkable) for the Iguazu Falls. The staff were very helpful, the food was great and the spa was wonderful. Upgraded to a “falls view” room which was good though not as big as was expecting. The visiting monkeys to the balcony was a nice treat!

really close to the bus station where you can get a bus for a few bucks and with A/C to grt you to the waterfalls on both side, one day u take it to argentina and the other day to Brazil from the same bus station

We had a problem with the air condition that wasn’t working in the first room and they were nice to give us an upgraded room in the new building. ATTENTION my review is for the second only room, because the first room was in the old building and wasn’t really good, was quite oldish actually. So for the second room that we had it was very spacious, super new, very clean. We were completely late for our checkout but were very kind as well. Swimming pool amazingly beautiful

The hotel is immersed in nature with the jungle litereally singing to you at night. The pools area fantastic, the rooms are super comfortable and the whole atmosphere is simple, zen and relaxing. Oh, and the spa is great (I visited it three times).

The setting is amazing, quiet, trees and birds are everywhere, but it is meters from the city center. Super clean. The staff is exceptional, helpful, warm and treat you like family. Eva, Hilda and the rest of the staff are great. We loved every minute of our 3 day stay.
