Everything was perfect Staff: We were greeted by very friendly staff who was fluent in English. She went the extra mile by cooridinating with the Mondsee tourist information centre to get our Salzkammergut card. She helped us check-in even though we were a few hours early. Because we were early, she wasn't able to show us the hotel and its facilities, but they do offer that when you arrive, a great personal touch not many hotels do. We actually returned to the hotel much later in the evening and we didn't want to bother the staff, who we think was a waiter from the restaurant. The staff that waited during breakfast were fantastic as well. Room/Facilities: With only 8 rooms (5 in the "floor" we're on), it felt very exclusive. Everything still feels very new. The only noise you'll hear from your room is the water on the lake. The room was massive and the bed is similar (if not actually) to a king size bed. The pool and sauna was very nice after a long day of sight seeing. You are able to get into the lake from the sauna facility (you will have to navigate through some stairs). They also have nuts, candy and flavoured water in the hall for you to take throughout the day, great little detail. The breakfast was...wow...the spread was insane. Cold cuts, salmon, all sorts of bread, cake, pastry, yogurt and cereal that you can customize yourself, eggs/bacon/ham/omelette freshly made at your request. Cannot stress how amazing the breakfast was... Ambiance/Vibe: The view of the lake as you enter the hotel was stunning, especially when it's sunny. There is a very chilled and relaxed vibe with this hotel and their restaurant. It didnt feel like it's just a place for you to crash after a long day of sight-seeing. The other thing we very much enjoyed was the fact that most patrons of the hotel and restaurant were german speaking. We felt out of place, in a good way.

The hotel location is 5 minutes from the lake's promenade. The room was perfect with everything we needed. Breakfast was rich with a lot of variety. We ate a few times in the evenings at the hotel's reataurant, that serves local dishes that were very tastful. Stuff were very helpful. We had excellent holiday and we'll come again for sure

Wonderful hotel in a peaceful location with beautiful mountain views and a lovely garden. Everything in the hotel is brand new and very modern, with absolutely everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The beds are excellent and extremely comfortable. The cleanliness is outstanding — spotless in every detail. The administrator was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It offers excellent quality for a very reasonable price.

Lovely room with spacious powerful shower. Umbrellas and beach bag in the room for your use and beach towels supplied when requested. Private hut down by the lakeside with changing rooms and lockers for your use to leave your stuff. Excellent breakfast with freshly cooked eggs and bacon if you wish. Restaurant serves delicious food and all of the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming

At first I was surprised by the family atmosphere of this place, we are used to impersonal places of accommodation like big hotels has, anyway our stay was very pleasant and we will definitely come back. Delicious breakfast, free parking, kind and helpful hosts, beautiful view from the room to the lake and the omnipresent peace of the place. I truly recommend.

Lovely place! Nice and intimate. The owner is super nice and welcoming. Everything is automatic from the check in to buying coffy or wine in the dining room, which is nice and the owner was always around to troubleshoot any difficulty. Perfect location, overview of the lake and the mountains, excellent service, I especially recommend breakfast although a bit costly as it consisted of local products fresh bread local sheep cheese etc. Welcoming atmosphere, it it obvious how the family love the place and look after it and look after their visitors.

Exceptional place with atmosphere hard to describe. You feel and that is. An old villa in a beautiful park with artwork and with a lake in front. Breakfast and snacks and drinks by the lake. Never experienced such variety and quality food. Felt and was all like homemade ♥️♥️♥️

Beautiful view, excellent wine-list (and excellent wine), splendid fish from the Attersee, perfectly prepared. The weather was cold and snowing, but the footpaths and "Wanderwege" well clearly marked and well maintained. A very friendly welcoming feeling throughout thee stay.

The hotel has a prime location. Not overcrowded with tourists, very pleasant. Direct access to the lake. The room had a beautiful lake view. The restaurant serves good food. The hotel owner was very friendly. The hotel staff was very accommodating. We will be back!

The place itself is very nice and clean and he staff is very friendly. While I loved the place I would not stay there again simply because of the LOUD church bells across the street that wake you up at 6AM and keep you up.

The beach and the lake are marvelous and just in front of...

The beach and the lake are marvelous and just in front of the house. We have dinner close to the lake, but most of the restaurants in the area a moderately expensive . The itinerary to the village is quite easy as the down center is just 1,2 km away from the pension. Next time will spent some time on hiking trip in the mountain close by. There are a lot of itineraries for cycling as well. If you come in the summer , don't forget your paddleboard ( its the most common tool for transportation on the lake unless you have a small yacht or boat)

Astonishing view of the lake from the hotel, nice easy...

Astonishing view of the lake from the hotel, nice easy walking trails everywhere, e-bike rent facilites, diving facilities, golf courses, free beaches, friendly staff. Fresh fish from the lake to eat, very delicious. Time very well spent.

Wonderfull town, easily accessible by car - The A1 motorway / Exit 242 is just some 3 kilometers away. Great place for travelling in the "Salzkammergut". All one can need is just few steps away.
