I loved warm hospitality from Franz and Anita, the spotless and spacious rooms, and the perfectly equipped kitchen that made our stay feel truly comfortable. The location was ideal - quiet, with great parking, easy access to shops, and just a short drive to ski slopes and local activities.

Very nice hotel. The room is not big, but is very comfortable. Good restorane. 10 minutes by car to the ski area. After the skiing you can use saun (pay attention that it should be booked). I recommend.

The area in which Aigen is situated is really beautiful with...
The area in which Aigen is situated is really beautiful with the Bohemian Forest, the Czech Republic and the Hochficht ski resort very close. There are wonderful hiking opportunities and skiing in winter. The city of Linz is just one hour away, and Salzburg 2 hours with regular buses and trains.
Schlaegl is the next village with its wonderful Stift (monastery/church). We had a lovely meal there sitting in a barrel!
