“Location : short and pretty walk through the rose garden to the center of Baden; short ride to Vienna by train, car, bus or tramway
Great ambiente, friendly staff, very nice rooms”
“Spa, food, vine, bed. Definitely go to the vineyard and enjoy the vine tasting in the vine exhibition house nearby. Don´t miss a dinner, take the whole menu with vine paring (definitely worth it). Breakfast is excellent, save an hour to enjoy it. Nice staff.”
“The hotel is very good. It is a family business with a lot of charm. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was very good and we had an amazing dinner at the hotel restaurant (they give a 10% discount to guests as well). It is definitely a worthy and memorable place.”
“New silent SPA is amazing, definitely worth it to visit.
Excellent cuisine.
Staff is polite and friendly.
Most "used" parts of the public hotel space were renewed.”
“Receptionist went the extra mile for us when our internet booking, made an hour earlier, hadn't arrived. My husband and I were hot, tired and weary from riding our motorbike all day. She suggested we had a drink in the lounge bar while she sorted something for us, however I wasn't expecting her to do it all herself. She dressed the room personally and came back about 45 minutes later to say it was ready. It was well worth the wait. Room was amazing and the bathroom was superb. Dinner is actually a buffet style with large area to choose where to sit. Suited us perfectly but if you're looking for Cordon Bleu and a vast menu, this isn't the place for you. Dinner also had an early cut off time and it was fortunate that I woke my husband up at 7.15p.m. otherwise we would have had nothing to eat until breakfast. Breakfast is served in the same manner as the evening meal and was really plentiful. Even had bacon and scrambled eggs. Despite getting off to a bad start with our internet booking, which we can't blame the hotel for, it was a fantastic hotel which caters brilliantly for families - so much for the little ones to do. If ever we are in the area on another motorbike tour, we'll definitely head back here for a rest stop.”
We have more than 70 million property reviews, and they're all from real, verified guests.
How does it work?
1
It starts with a booking
The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
3
And finally, a review
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.
