We had an outstanding stay. The hotel is simply marvelous, with great attention to interior design in common areas. We were offered an upgrade at a very convenient fare and were promptly moved to a better room. After checking in you can already enjoy the thermal baths, but what's great is that also after the check out you can stay the whole day in the public area! Please consider this when booking, it's such an asset. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty and well presented, at dinner, we tried both meat and fish. Welcome drinks and goodbye souvenirs for hosts are a nice touch and overall, the whole staff is friendly and eager to help: - I asked the receptionist for slippers which I hadn't packed and immediately got them - On the first night I called the reception and was provided with additional different pillows for better sleep - Towels and robes can be changed at any time at the public thermal bath reception - We asked for a transfer to the train station and got it free of charge Special mention to the bartender, we tried Negroni and Moscow Mule and they were both remarkable. Also, the resort is 5 min close to a nice local family-managed vinery where you can have lunch at - Weinhof Buschenschank Pieber. Amazing food and wines, great prices. We'll definitely come back!

The owner greeted us upon arrival and was very welcoming. Her energy and smile are absolutely contagious! Our room was perfectly clean and quite comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and included a meat/cheese/tomato/cucumber tray, baskets of assorted bread (with various spreads), and beverages (we had juice, water, and tea). You can also order omelets, scrambled eggs, bacon, etc. All of the dinner and dessert options we ordered were fresh and delicious. The view from the hotel is breathtaking. Ample parking, as there is a large adjacent lot in addition to parking directly in front of the building. This a is great place to stay if you're in town for any of the races at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg.

Super friendly staff. Amazing facilities and view, the pictures don’t do it justice! My partner and I stayed here for the Austrian Grand Prix, and although being quite far from Spielberg, it was worth every penny. The spa and pools were so relaxing, perfect to wind down after driving 3 hours a day and watching F1 in the sun. What really exceeded my expectations was the food! We paid for the breakfast and dinner in advance, and didn’t expect much. However, we were both in awe of how fantastic the meals were each day. The dinner included 5 courses: starter, soup, salad, main, and dessert! I would honestly say the food was Michelin star quality, every day we were served with incredible meals - there was nothing I disliked even a bit. We would love to go back to Austria just to stay here again. 100% recommend.

Amazing place to stay when your want to spend a Holiday in this area. Great breakfast, very nice rooms, close to different attractions such as zoo or lake Stubenbergsee. Travel cards with different free entries to variaty of turist destination as a bonus. We already plan a next visit!
