The accommodation was clean and tidy. The host is very hospitable, attentive and flexible, he tried to keep all needs in mind. He had some kind words for everyone. The dogs are very cute and friendly! :) The wellness area is beautiful, with several saunas and a water bed. If you are thirsty, you can choose from water or several types of tea. The environment is breathtaking, the neighborhood is quiet, we spent a perfect weekend here! :) I read the previous reviews, so I had some fears, because it is a sensitive point for me, but I think the coffee is divine! The breakfast selection was wide, everything was very tasty, we also received fresh fruits. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness!

Great hotel for a family holiday, huge indoor playground, swimming pools close by, very good breakfast and overall food offering. The location was nice as we stayed for Formula 1 weekend with small kids. I highly recommend it.

I cannot describe how amazing was everything! The energy of the owners, the smile , the service! Everything was at superlative! The hotel left a truly wonderful impression — from the overall atmosphere to the thoughtful design and philosophy of the place. You can really feel the care for guests and the professionalism of the staff. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. The only thing we missed was a bit more space in the textile-free area — it felt smaller than expected and didn’t provide the full sense of relaxation. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back, hopefully when this area becomes more spacious.

The volcanic thermal springs are heaven! I arrived in Feb when the hotel area was covered with snow and it was a bliss to enjoy the thermal water and water jets surrounded by nature and with fire place adding the magical atmosphere. I really enjoyed organic food, huge variety and excellent service. The room was spacious and clean and the atmosphere in the spa area very relaxed. I recharged my batteries and planning the next trip soon!

Very pleasant hotel. After visiting the Zotter Chocolate Factory, we spent a truly relaxing night here. We were given a very spacious room, with the bathroom and toilet in separate rooms. Even in the cold season, the room was warm and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the parking was an additional advantage. We would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting the area.

We stayed in one of the new rooms. The room was very big, big bathroom, big balcony, modern with very comfortable beds and sofa. Food was delicious. Dog friendly hotel. We especially enjoyed the late check out (we left about 4pm). I also enjoyed the facial treatment and pedicure with Mrs. Rita and the massage with Mrs. Verena (not sure if spelled correctly). Great place to chill out.

Dream place for active people with a nice storage room for bikes, the wellnes area is small but enough and the pool outside has an amazing design.The water is cold but perfect for cooling after sauna or swimming. The food was good, we had half boarding but was actually full boarding because the “midday snack” is actually warm (soup, one dish and salad)

I loved how close the property was to the lake and that it felt very original. It is still operated by a family and if you wanna feel true Austrian spirit, this is the place to go. There are also two spa in the village.

There are also two spa in the village. H2O is visited by many families with children. We preferred the Heilthermen. Here you could really relax in peace and quiet. There are also nice castles nearby (e.g. Herberstein) which are worth a visit.

Very clean and comfortable hotel that has an amazing play area for children. A 5 minute walk down the street there is a swimming pool with slides and play areas that is perfect for children. The hotel includes a free pass to this water park. Our children loved it and they are ages 10 and 8.

Wenigzell is a small and quiet village in Styria.

Wenigzell is a small and quiet village in Styria. If you have a car, it can be a great place to stay while exploring the area. In winter there are winter sports options near by and in the summer you can mostly hike. I was lucky to be there when the weather was nice and despite it being January i could hike for hours in the mountains and enjoy the beautiful scenery and the wonderful natural area around the village. The village itself doesn't have much to offer, there's one convenience store, a church, 2-3 shops which were mostly closed and that's about it. It is a perfect place, however, for those who want to get away from their busy life and simply disconnect.
