It's a nice typical small scale family hotel. Location is nice and peaceful. Rooms were comfortable. The hotel is existing a long time so it's quite old, but everything is clean and well maintained. Very friendly people.

We had a wonderful stay, first relaxed at the pool and spa facilities, and then had a super tasty dinner at the hotels restaurants. Wonderful evening walk around the Vineyard Cellars. Breakfast was delicious too. Helmut and his team were very friendly and helpful. We will come again in future 😎

Exceptionally nice, kind, helpful and flexible hotel staff Ms Putz, Mr Hafner and Finn (?) the intern.     The staff at the hotel is above and beyond. Everybody is so nice and attentive. Many thanks especially to our hungarian waiter, the tall blond guy, who made both our dinners a delight. Unfortunately, we didnt get his name. Dinner was fantastic, food is excellent. Room is big, bright and clean. The spa area is amazing!

    We had travelled to Jennersdorf for a friend's 70th birthday...

    We had travelled to Jennersdorf for a friend's 70th birthday celebrations so we were already familiar with the area and spent our time catching up with friends. Jennersdorf is a good base for exploring the southeast area of Austria which is pretty much unknown to British tourists. The area produces excellent white and red wines and there are plenty of vineyards to visit and sample the wares. There are also lots of castles to visit and thermal baths to enjoy. Jennerdorf lies very close to the Hungarian and Slovenian borders and it is easy to visit both countries.

    What we liked is friendliness of staff and tidy rooms. What we didn't like is no clear idea what we could order for the 19 euro breakfast. We also did not like two single beds, two mattrases and two covers... in a room with "king size double bed" ( the receptionist blamed booking.com for wrong entry of beds) hmm

    This is a truly feast for senses. Every effort is made to satisfy the customer, from breakfast, lunch and very special dinner service. Facilities in this hotel will satisfy everyone. The staff is just like a well tuned orchestra.

    Jennersdorf and the area around Jennersdorf is nice, and I would like to go their again, but on another hotel. The weakness about the area is a lack of English speaking population - in general. Otherwise the food in the restaurants are good.
