Good standard room, very clean. Tasty and very nicely presented breakfast. A very nice and helpful owner whom I would like to thank for helping me with a minor repair of the bike (I lost a screw from the fender and he looked for a new one in his workshop and gave me a new one). I experienced not only above-standard service (free safe storage of bicycles in the garage) but also human kindness. When I go again to cycle around Lake Constance - one of the stops will definitely be in this hotel.

Our hosts Alexandra and Peter could not have been more welcoming and friendly. The hotel is set in a beautiful rural area full of orchards and has a couple of amazing chestnut trees in the front garden - a fabulous place for a cold beer on a hot day. The hotel has been meticulously renovated and is very picturesque and comfortable. The view of Lake Constance from our room was stunning. Everything was wonderful and breakfast was delicious. We cannot recommend it highly enough!!!

The location was excellent, within walking distance to the harbor which was great as we took a cruise around Lake Constance; we also did a walking tour of Lindau, which enabled us to really appreciate the area and the convenient location. The staff were friendly, responsive and helpful (especially when my husband wanted to heat up his dinner from the prior evening!) We had a junior suite with a good-sized bathroom and large shower.

The hotel is very centrally located right opposite the Lindau Insel train station. The Lindau Kunstmuseum is located within walking distance of the hotel as are many restaurants and shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my breakfast at the restaurant with a beautiful view of Lake Constance/Bodensee. Although the hotel is located right in the heart of the city, I was able to enjoy a good night's rest.The

This well located hotel is perfect for exploring the Lake Constance area around Friedrichshafen and beyond. The rooms are comfortably and spotlessly clean, the swimming pool and sauna in the basement allow you to ease aching muscles after hiking and excellent massages are on offer if the sauna isn't enough. The well stocked breakfast buffet will set you up for the day and the friendly staff are very helpful.

The location is convenient for exploring the historic part of Constance without the hustle and bustle of town. At check-in, we were given vouchers for a free bus ride into town which takes about 10 minutes. The bus stop was just across the hotel. We also liked the forest-like setting with a view of Lake Constance. Weather permitting, guests are able to enjoy a beer garden and other seating arrangements outdoors.

A super place to spend time at Lake Constance. The host was very accommodating to let us have the key way ahead of check-in time. The apartment is quiet, large, modern, clean, and equipped with everything one needs. The lake can be reached by walking a few minutes. An extra plus is the small supermarket in the building area to get necessary supplies. We had a great time and will be back.

Our family (two adults and two toddlers) spent this past weekend at this lovely hotel and it has been our most wonderful hotel experience in Europe. The room was beautiful and clean, the food was excellent and the staff were completely amazing. If you are looking for a place to stay near Lake Constance, look no further than here! We will absolutely be back!

A modestly furnished, but spotlessly clean and well-prepared hotel for cyclists. Compared to other facilities in which we slept on our way around Lake Constance - its cost in relation to the comfort of rooms or common space seemed to us quite high. On the plus side, I would add nice service and a great restaurant located in the same building

Very nice helpful girl welcomed us at reception But we booked this place on the strength of reviews saying it was near the harbour and great views of Lake Constance. ha ha ha. The “harbour” is tiny, two small restaurant/bars a walk from each other, no view from our first floor room and balcony other than rooftops of the houses in front

Hotel is close to Lake Constance, walkable to practically everywhere. Breakfast was huge, lots of variety. Room was spacious enough, view from the terrace is the open air auditorium and it's a great getaway from city noise. I didn't realize check in time was 3PM. But reception got our room ready in an hour.

Amazing apartment in an ideal location for exploring Lake Constance and the surrounding area. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Apartment was spotless with comfy beds. Washing machine was appreciated as was the secure underground parking space

The location of the property right on Lake Constance and it’s fittings were first rate & delightful. The hotel is located right in the town so restaurant were close by and many to choose from. I look forward to returning to your place in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay! -Steven

Really very nice hotel with its awesome lake shore location. We occupied room 7 which faced the promonade overlooking lake Constance. Clean, spacious, elegantly decorated and lovely furnished room with ample space, quietness, comfy bed nice ensuite bathroom. Check-in/out efficient.

Very good location. Nice and quiet place. Close to the city center and restaurants. In apartment you will find everything you need when travelling in bussiness. And there is a nice surprise for families - very special children room ;) Close to Friedrichshafen and Lake Constance.

The restaurant downstairs is fantastic. The room was comfortable. Be aware there are TWO hotel Seehofs on lake Constance. I made the mistake of not checking the address and went the the wrong one first. Not the property's fault, just make sure you double check.

Amazing quiet place with great view of the vineyard and lake Constance, first class, high tech apartment, great kitchen and appliances. We would have loved to stay longer, if there had been a chance. Hagnau and Meersburg, everything you need in walking distance.

Very clean and modern hostel with all required amenities close to bars and restaurants overlooking Lake Constance. Private sheltered parking for our motorbikes. Spacious room with auto blinds and windows, plenty of charging ports and storage.

The hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking Lake Constance. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room overlooked the lake and was lovely. We spent a very pleasant week there and enjoyed everything about the hotel.

Location, location, location ….. the hotel was wonderful right on the edge of Lake Constance, the rooms were spacious and well appointed, the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good.
