Hotel was very modern and beautiful. Big room and warm welcome upon arrival. We arrived late evening due to train delay but the staff were very helpful to assist us getting our dinner. Well situated in the Pradl district of Innsbruck, pradl elf my- apartment is set 1.3 km from Imperial Palace Innsbruck, 1.1 km from Innsbruck Central Station and 1.1 km from State Museum of Tyrol -... Everything was super super clean and super comfortable. We arrived late due to traffic conditions and had self check in. Full communication by the receptionist Sonia ensured everything went smoothly, and the next day she marked out places on the map and offered us umbrellas as it was raining. We spent 2 nights and had a great time - highly recommended!
