Opened on 21 June 2013, the aDLERS Hotel is the tallest hotel in Innsbruck and offers panoramic views of the city and the Tyrolean Alps from the rooms, the restaurant, the spa area, and the rooftop... I usually start off about the property itself in a review but I’m going to start with the staff. Overall they were fantastic, friendly and helpful. But a special thank you to Valentino, the night Porter when I arrived at the property. I had just come off a night train at 5am in Innsbruck and asked if I was able to relax in the lobby for a while, Valentino was extremely accommodating to the request, he also took an interest in where I’d come from in my journey and where I’d travelled. He also checked to see if there was any possibility of my room being available there and then, when it wasn’t he said that he’d speak to the day staff about getting me into my room earlier owing to my early arrival, which when I returned to the hotel after a morning exploring it was ready for me. He’s a credit to the hotel so a massive thanks from me. The hotel itself is conveniently located, has incredible views and the rooms are fantastic. Everything is provided and no request was too much. I am not sure as to when the next time I will be in Innsbruck will be but whenever it is I’ll be staying here again.

Fast response on email and outstanding service. It's nestled a couple of minutes walk from the train station and a couple of blocks away from the center. Our 5th floor room gave a nice view of the Mountain. At night it was very quiet for a good sleep. They're true professionals who always smile and go beyond to help.

The room was bigger that what I expected and it was cozy and comfortable. The staff was really kind and professional and offered a deteailed service. The breakfast was quite good, at the Cafè Central, a relaxing place were the staff was really good. I totally recommend!
