Great value for what we payed. Parking available (5EUR/day), S and U-Bahn within walkable distance, one time we walked from the city center (40 - 50 minutes and you see the more local side of Vienna). The staff was very welcoming, helpful and they tried their best. Room was good size, there was space for everything we needed, looked well maintained and clean. Aircon in the rooms, soundproof windows, very quiet inside (while the windows are closed).

Hotel Ambassador was the best and I return to this hotel because of its central location, wonderful staff, and excellent service. I especially enjoyed the bar/cafe service. It was efficient, accommodating, and super professional.

The staff were wonderful, the breakfast excellent, location so perfect for a relaxing stay in the Prater...nice that there are bikes to rent as well. The interior of the hotel is tastefully decorated. Outside, the garden area is really comfortable for having breakfast or just to enjoy the surroundings.
