Very nice and comfortable hotel with very friendly staff! Best location in the city, we just love it! It was already our third time and we will come back for sure! We had problem with the hot water and they offered us to change the room or to get discount at our next reservation (this one had we already payed)

The staff at the hotel is above and beyond. Everybody is so nice and attentive. Many thanks especially to our hungarian waiter, the tall blond guy, who made both our dinners a delight. Unfortunately, we didnt get his name. Dinner was fantastic, food is excellent. Room is big, bright and clean. The spa area is amazing!

Friendly, family run accommodation & restaurant. The restaurant, the main hall and some rooms are in their historical building, the ambiance is lovely. Staff is very kind, wide range of food choice, proper breakfast offered with fresh products. Rooms are clean. Location is good and safe, 50min from Vienna by car; parking is free.

Everything was wonderful location itself the hotel was clean and the views from upper was amazing and the best part was the staff of the hotel wich where very helpful our cell phone felt on the elevator space and with the help of the staff they found it in miniutes , kudos to everyone

Nice location to stay and be close to the outlet, very clean and description met the reality. Spacious rooms, modern design, enough parking space, inside and outside as preferred. Highly recommended.

We liked the rooms; they are comfortable and clean. The staff were super nice, and everything needed for a short stay was there. The location is good, not on the busy beachside, but you need to walk a bit (10-20 minutes) depending on which entrance you use. The closest one is E8. The hotel will provide free e-tickets. The general impression was good! Breakfast was modest, but everything you need not to be hungry. As was mentioned in one of the reviews, the aura of this place was very positive.We used a taxi service from this hotel, came in 5 mins and delivered us to Bahnhof place.

We couldn’t make it to the hotel and they were kind enough to refund most of the payment even though we canceled after the fact. We were pleasantly surprised and really appreciated it.

With a discount that was a pretty good deal to go to the Lutzmansburg Therme: room + Therme entry + breakfast. Very clean and quite room, comfortable beds, decent breakfast. Convenient parking. 2-3 min drive from the Therme.

Cozy and relaxing atmosphere, very good and large selection of food. Therme and private spa was all great.

The hotel is a short walk from town and close to the lake. The hotel itself is very clean and seems newly renovated. We visited during the first weekend of the busy season but there was still ample parking for our rental car. The entire staff was so friendly, happy and cheerful. We were sad to leave but will definitely be back.

Splendid location just minutes away from the Thermal Baths, impecable and clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, and a service mindset that stands out from the crowd. As a frequent traveler, I consider this place a gem, a rare find, and I certainly will be back.
