Open since end of 2017 and very centrally located in Innsbruck, 984 feet from the Golden Roof, STAGE 12 is an elegant city hotel and features a spa and fitness center. Excellent location and service! We’ve stayed at other area hotels in the past and this is by far the best!

A 10-minute tram ride from Innsbruck’s Old Town, Hotel Kapeller offers modern rooms furnished in pastel colors. It also offers free Wi-Fi, free on-site private parking and a rich buffet breakfast. The room was very clean, spacious, warm with excellent bathroom. The breakfasts were superb and went from 7 until 10 and so suited all-comers,very good service keeping items filled. The staff were very friendly and helpful and of course spoke many languages. This is a perfect place to stay- so near to the City but also far enough outside to be tranquil and even have a rural feel to it. Needless to say surrounded by snow-capped mountains. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
Renovated in October 2016, Hotel Zach enjoys a quiet location in a side street, just a 5-minute walk from Innsbruck’s Old Town and the Main Train Station. Free WiFi is available. Breakfast coffee was more than perfect..breakfast too was good.. room, spacious, simple and modern
Located in the heart of Innsbruck, the city’s first design hotel has opened its doors and enriched the city with an architectural jewel. Parking and Location is a plus + Breakfast was so good. Very nice, quiet, traditional village from Tyrol. We had a chance to eat the local cuisine in a very nice restaurant at an affordable price. Good supermarkets and ski rental facilities. The ski domain is very large, suitable for everyone (from beginners to performers). The ski cabin is placed in the centre of the village, easy reachable by car, green ski bus or even by foot. Perhaps a small downside, in case of heavy snow you might risk being temporary locked on the adjacent steep and narrow access roads. Also, in you case you rely on public transport for your holiday it might be a bit complicated as the train stops in the valley.
Beautiful scenery. Lovely food. Clean fresh air. Very compact resort, great to walk around. If you like shopping take the train to either Innsbruck or back to Munich. Do many wonderful restaurants, try walking out to Triendlsege and having lunch. Absolutely delightful with many traditional Tyrolean specialities.
Cozy city with lots of monuments and places to visit. The bell museum & foundry is interesting and, for typical music and dance there's a Tyrolean show (Tiroler Abend Family Gundolf) with folk songs, intruments and yodeling. For Swarovski Crystal World in Wattens, nice options for kids to play.
The Stubai Glacier is an awesome ski resort. I'm an inexperienced middle-aged skier, and could have easily been intimidated by the highest peak in the South Tyrol, but this place is phenomenally picturesque and has slopes for every skill level - i loved it! An immensly popular ski area, yet the huge gondolas and efficient lifts handled the crowds with ease - you were always moving. Spent 2 days skiing here. Stubai Gletscher is on the Olympiaworld pass. (Feb, 2017)
My daughter and i want to move here! She loves outdoor adventure and i love history. Such a homey feel to the city. Great shoping but not too much. Not many tourists either. Austrians in their Tyrolian garb seen everywhere😀 Check put the alpine zoo if you're an animal lover or have kids. Get rolls and cold cuts and Red Bull for a picnic in the Hof Garden. Indoor farmers market everyday...check it out. If uou only have a day get a locker st the train station and walk around. Buy the 24 hour Innsbruck card.
We spent only 4 days in Hinterux, mainly around hotel. Nature, mountains, scenery, hiking, skiing - that is all great. Summer in Tyrolean Alps is a new experience for me and will for sure come here again and for a longer period.
Best Time to visit starting mid of May till Mid of June to enjoy the weather, place and all area around before hot summer and before the Holidays period Sunny days will be the best One of the best spots I've ever been to "TYROL"
Downtown is so walkable and a great public transportation system. Beautiful mountains all around. The Socher cafe is genuine from the Hotel Socher in Vienna without the lineup to get in. Of course the best Socher Torte. The historical museum at the ski jump has a wonderful mural of an historical battle between the Tyroleans and Bavarians. Get the English headphones for the explanation for f the scene depicted before you in 360 degrees.
A typical small Tyrolean town without all the touristy flash. Close to the castles of Germany and an awesome ruin 10 minutes outside of town. Go to sleep to cow bells and wake up to church bells.
+ Small town that kept some Tyrolean atmosphere. You even see people with traditional costumes occasionally. - Not easy with heavy luggage on foot, the center is stone paved roads on somewhat steep terrain

We stayed with our to children, and loved every second. The apartment is beautiful, fully furnished with two large bedrooms and living room and kitchen. We cooked breakfast and dinner each day and enjoyed the scenery from the balcony. They location is perfect for day activities in the area and in and all around Tyrol. It is not crowded but rather on the edge of the village, but very close to the highway. The family hosting us are very kind, our kids enjoyed much the trampoline and other games available.

A Truly Hidden Gem. This is how a beautiful Tyrolean-Style Hotel with a breathtaking side lake & enchanting gardens can repair your soul from life stresses! All facilities are top notch, staff were happy and helpful. The Owners (Kruezer Family) are by themselves a constant positive energy that keeps pampering you throughout your stay. The food for us was magnificent, worthy of a Michelin Star rating! We have a lot of respect for this place which became a highlight in our trip.

The Schwarzer Adler is a beautiful example of the culture of the Tyrol. Everything is just so to exemplify crafts and designs of the area. There are exhibits of dolls or Tyrolean clothing in the cases in the halls. Would recommend for those who have just one day to experience this region. The rooms were on a quiet courtyard, even though the hotel is on a city corner. The restaurant menu emphasized local specialties. They subsidize the public garage parking a bit as well.

Beyond expectation with tyrol suite. Everything was great , the room, the decoration, the room spacious, the cleanliness, especially the service from the host was really really good. Because there was road construction in front of hotel . In the next morning she came to say sorry about the noise pollution and offer another free night for apologizing. Anyways, we couldn't take it due to our fix itinerary. So she gave us a bottle of wine instead.

Hotel Montana is the best hotel I have ever visited. The service was top-notch, the wine bar exuded pure elegance, and relaxing in the hotel's wellness area was truly an ethereal experience. In addition, the staff was really friendly, and made one feel at home. If you have a penchant for elegant hotels with traditional Tyrolean charm amidst a beautiful natural setting, Hotel Montana is the way to go.

Very nice and cosy, with Tyrolean spirit hotel with perfect breakfasts. Hotel is situated in Götzens, which is not far from Innsbruck. It takes only 15-20 minutes to come by bus there from center of Innsbruck. You can get bus every 15 minutes (and every 30 minutes on weekends). Actually, transport around Innsbruck is very good organized. Definitely, next time I would stay in this hotel again.

It's not a typical old-fashioned Tyrolean hotel with hundred years old staff and stuff... Very modern rooms with stunning view to mountains, excellent spa, great restaurant and bar opened till 01:00 a.m. The food in the restaurant was of the highest standards, we have never tried more tasty Austrian cuisine than there. Ski buses stop close to the main door to the hotel.

Very nice location in the middle of the mountains. And if you like farm house here is the place to come. Around cows and animals.. We loved it, and our kids as well. If you like country side places this is the right place to come. Awesome view from both balconies in our apartment. Thinking that this was one of the cheapest place we found in Tyrol area it was great.

You are family when staying here! Karin and Peter make all feel welcome right from the start. The rooms a wonderful mix of ultra modern and Tyrolean traditional. The shower is a near religious experience! The beds are very comfortable and the rooms spotless. The breakfast is fantastic and plentiful. Highly recommend!

Kind hosts, wonderful view, large balcony, well equipped kitchen, good internet, plenty of parking space. But especially interesting is that the apartment is full of wood with a big half round “erker”, and two wooden stoves. All together, exactly what you want from a traditional Tyrolean house.

Beautiful time at this lovely hotel. Staff is excellent and very friendly. Food was superb! Very clean and well maintained. Central location. Tyrol musicians performed after dinner on the outside terrace which was such fun.

Why is this family-run B&B in the heart of Innsbruck so fantastic? Great location. Super, super clean. Excellent Tyrolean high-end hospitality. Non-smoking (forgive the old days!). All for a really good price!

Wonderful welcome for our dog, with a little bed and food bowl in the room! Definitely stay here if you have a dog! Location is quiet, yet relatively close to all Tyrol attractions.

I loved many aspects of it; our room was big; high ceilings! We made breakfast in the kitchen (view of Nordkette). I meditated on the balcony enjoying the fresh Tyrolean air.
