Excellent breakfast. Beach was close to the hotel. The nude beach required a 5-minute walk, but other beaches were even closer. The hotel was in a quiet location, outside of the nearby towns but still close enough. The walking time to the bus stop was 10 minutes from the hotel, town of Ravda 15 minutes, old town of Nessebar 30 minutes. So everything in walking distance. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel restaurant was great as well, the staff spoke English. Room was really big, much bigger than I expected. Terrace offered a view of the sunset above the sea. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean. I could see the staff cleaning the corridors and other shared areas of the hotel all the time. My room was also properly cleaned every day.

Great Family Stay in the Heart of Burgas(2 adult+2children) 2 separate rooms Deluxe King Room & Deluxe Twin Room. We recently stayed at this hotel as a family of four, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience. The hotel is perfectly located on the main street of Burgas, just a 10-minute walk from the sea, which was incredibly convenient for us. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very cozy, providing the perfect space for us to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff and service were exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this standard—friendly and attentive, making sure our stay was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a great variety of options to suit everyone’s tastes. The spa and poo l facilities were also impressive, and we appreciated the long opening hours (from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM), giving us plenty of time to enjoy them. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely return to this hotel in the future. As suggestion and recommendation offering complimentary and free parking, as it is a standard service in most hotels of this level (even in Burgas). Additionally, providing a minibar as free or at least bottled drinking water would enhance the guest experience.

The staff is very friendly, always ready to help. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. First line from the sea, you can always choose the pool or the sea, sunbeds are free only near the pool. The walk to the old town is about 20 minutes. We liked the location much more than Sunny Beach

The location is absolutly stunning, we had apartament 501A which has a livingroom with a couch but over is topped with a mattress so the sleeping is great even there. In the bedroom the bed is 240cm, very comfortable, lots of pillows. Everything was new, furniture, towels, a lot of attention for design inside the hotel and the apartment. The food was great, with all inclusive treatment you have food almost non stop, not so many things but the one that are there are very good. The beach is in front of the hotel, great sunbed with soft mattress on top, not crowded, silence on the beach. You get towels for the beach at the poolbar. You can take drinks for the beach from there. We arrived at dinner time and we checked out at lunch time. The adults only facility is great, silence and clean all over the place.

The owner was super friendly even helped to move stuff in and they cleaned the apartment every day thoroughly and even washed the dishes that we forgot there. We needed to check in earlier and he solved that too. Also gave us advice where it is worth going. Super guy! Thank you!
