We had a great stay and felt it was excellent value for money. The hotel is very clean, and the food was amazing. We had both breakfast and dinner, and everything was delicious. We would love to come back, especially because of the thermal water pools, which were one of the highlights of our stay. The parking area is spacious, safe, and convenient. The hotel also has an elevator and even a small shop where you can buy any swimming pool essentials you may have forgotten. Overall, we were very satisfied and would happily visit again. 😃

Very nice apartment with patio, located in the center of the town, very closed to the main historical places, central square, restaurants and all other entertainments! Great combination of pricing and quality. Personal respect from all of us to the owner! Highly recommended for a short stay or weekend vacations.

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location in the middle of nature with a beautiful and huge spa, thermal waters, swimming pools, saunas, the food exceeds all your expectations and the breakfast and dinner are very rich for all the choices, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The massage offered by the spa is fantastic and professional by all the girls the welcome is beautiful makes you feel more relaxed. In general, the welcome from all the staff at the hotel throughout my days and the attention they give you is beyond all expectations.Thank you for everything..! I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Veligrand.👌🏼 There are a lot of options and things to do in order to relax (inside and outside pools, saunas, hammam etc.) 🧖🏼‍♀️. The food is also very good. All in all the hotel is worth the visit and it is value for money.

I like all hotel, we have booked room for three nights but we stay two more because the hotel is excelent, i like everything .the room is very clear, the food is great , the massages and saunas are great. This hotel will definitely be my number one from now on, and whoever hasn't come here should definitely visit and enjoy everything this hotel has to offer, and it offers a lot.

High quality food. Mineral pool with multiple djacuzzys. Clean and well equipped room-cleansing milk, hair conditioner, shoehorn, cleaning sponge, slippers, etc.

I liked almost everything. The hotel, the staff, spa center really was excellent.

The location is fabulous with superb views from its high vantage point across the valley to the mountains across the other side, and with higher mountains in the distance. The food was excellent, and the spa facilities marvellous for the size of the hotel. We so enjoyed the steam room, sauna and relax area. The family who run the hotel are very dedicated to making your stay most enjoyable, and we adored little Eileen, their nine year old grandchild, who seems entirely capable of running the hotel all by herself! We so enjoyed the hot thermal waters in their beautifully clean and warm indoor and outdoor large sized swimming pools. The gardens are well kept and very lovely. We were made to feel like friends rather than paying guests, and nothing was too much trouble to our hosts. The walks to and from the Chepino suburb centre and shops down below did us good, as the roads down to them are steep and it was good exercise getting back up the steep hill to the hotel.

The staff went above board to accommodate us and our 3-month old baby. The pool & spa facilities were amazing. There was a buffet dinner every night that was very good value for €20.

The food was AMAZINGLY tasty. Homemade with great fresh ingredients. The staff was super kind and helpful, everyone smiling. The hotel, room, restaurant were well air conditioned and clean. There are sauna, turkish bath, all good.

Super nice old wooden bulgarian style building. Bit creaky but it adds to the experience.

The surroundings of the hotel are breath taken . I enjoyed specially the Hammam Turkish bath by Iliana and Emilia . The food was very good as well . The swimming pools and the spa aérea are top of the line .
