My kids really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, as they always do. The good thing about this chain is that it's consistent, so when we're at a loose end for accomodation you can always rely on it to deliver what you expect.
The guy at the desk was super helpful telling us where the good spots to eat in the area were

It was quite an comfortable liked that it had actually good t.v an the shower was good one the other hotels I stayed in around here the shower heads were to short so I appreciate that had a good shower an t.v

We flew back from overseas jetlagged and heading home to the Kootenays. We booked a night at the last minute and walked into the room - we were blown away at the warmth and coziness upon entering the suite. It was decorated for the holidays, holiday channel with soft music on in the background, soft lamp lighting, and warm and toasty. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bathroom has everything you could need, the washer and dryer were a godsend, 2 beautifully sized bedrooms, and a ton of outdoor space for eating and lounging. Self-check-in was efficient, and should we be staying for longer, we would have liked to meet the family dog.

We liked everything about Orchard View and it exceeded our expectations - room size, the view from the window over an orchard, cleanliness, pleasant friendly staff and proximity of Indian restaurant (delicious food) and roadside fruit/veg choices. We didn't utilize the 'help yourself' breakfast downstairs in the lobby but it looked great.
