I had read a couple of bad reviews but pleasantly surprised the staff was very helpful and everything was clean. Hallway to room was dark, room with balcony was small but big enough for two, bed was superb. Dining was limited but we weren't looking for fine dining. The price and experience makes this place a 10 in my book.

The place is just awesome. The appliances seems to be brand new (or really well kept), bed is firm and comfortable and the rooms are as clean as possible. What was absolutely the best, is the host - Mélanie. She takes great care of the guests, creates the place of warmth and simply makes you feel at the right place. Oh, and she makes delicious breakfasts.

Really nice village that is an ideal stop-over on the way to the Maritimes. Nice shops, great restaurants. The St. Laurence River is beautiful here. It is salt water and affected by tides, so great to get out and walk.

We liked the location.

We liked the location. Our view from the room was incredible. It was wonderful to wake up to see the gardens and vineyard, and especially the sunflowers! Melanie was very pleasant, and her breakfast was delicious! Our experience exceeded our expectations!🥰

We loved the authentic country Inn and enjoyed speaking and interacting with the owners who were so kind and deliveered excellence in every department- room, delicious breakfast and dinner and helpful in recommending restaurants and things to do. It was a true highlight for us in our visit to Quebec.

Our stay was just fine...we also walked around this peaceful village...so neat and tidy. We tried to rebook for our journey home, but they were full . As the reviews say the breakfast was generous. This bnb is now on our A list. Thank you, Petit Madames. Linda

Pleasant two nights stay in Kamouraska.

Pleasant two nights stay in Kamouraska. If you are on our way to Gaspé or back take advantage of this beautiful village. Best time to visit Thursday to Sunday. Monday to Wednesday the restaurant we liked is closed (Coté-Est). One night is feasible but is short. Cool down on the public beach, read a book and enjoy the sunset. End of Juin begining of July there are a lot of roses in bloom. Beautiful.

We needed a place to stay overnight, after dropping our son...

We needed a place to stay overnight, after dropping our son at the CEGEP where his studies, and we were pleasantly surprised by the Pocatois : easy parking, convenient location right next to the CEGEP and the main street, the building looked clean and well-maintained, and our room was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. La Pocatière itself as a small university town, but there are cute villages and nice nature spots in the vicinity, for which this motel could be a perfect home base!

Great host, beautifully renovated farm house, beautiful...

Great host, beautifully renovated farm house, beautiful peaceful garden, delicious breakfast. The only little thing : the bed frame is squeaking but mattress and pillows are very comfy. The room is full of light and very homy. The bathroom is spotless , big and have all the necessary modern amenities. A very pleasant home away from home.
