We didnt have breakfast there . Contrary to the reviews we got a big room and it was not noisy at all. The view from our room of the fjord was amazing and adequate parking space including reaching to the office of the whale watching cruise and the village was very quick.

The cabin was both rustic and beautiful and the setting was amazing. I just wish that we had more time to take a walk through the woods. The people operating the facility were amazing. A trolley was provided to transport your baggage to the cabin. A wonderful breakfast was delivered to the cabin in an animal proof box. I highly recommend the small restaurant that is run by the facility. We had pizza's that rivaled some of the best pizza's that I have had in Napoli, the pizza center of the universe. A wonderful experience. Two thumbs up!

Super friendly staff. Very quick to respond to my messages and it was no problem for them that I was a little later than planned, they stayed late to make check-in easier but there's a key box in case that's not possible. They had a selection of local food menus and were able to give recommendations.

Tadoussac is one of the most charming places that I've ever visited. It's by the sea and has beautiful architecture, lovely places to eat and it's a friendly and walkable place. I highly recommend Tadoussac to fellow travelers.

Sacré-Coeur is genuinely breathtaking and absolutely worth the trip. It sits right next to Tadoussac and is a fantastic base for whale watching, kayaking, paddleboarding, boat tours, and hiking. If you love the outdoors and adventure, this place will blow you away. That said, a few honest things to know before you go: there is very little around in terms of amenities. A small grocery store and an SAQ, and that's about it. You will need a car to get anywhere, so plan accordingly and stock up before you arrive. And if outdoor activities are not really your thing, it might not be the destination for you. But if you're looking for somewhere raw, beautiful, and close to some of the best nature Quebec has to offer, Sacré-Coeur is it.

My visit was to ski at Mont Ti-Basse. Great place to learn how to ski and practice ski racing. Good place to spend a day if you are OK with small local style ski area. Check before visiting to see if all runs are open and all lifts ( 4) are operational. The St Pancrase brewery and restaurant are great. Unfortunately Covid shut down restaurants for this visit.

Good for a night, Forestville is a drive-through town with lots of grocery stores, car repair shops and hotels. Forestville is not really on the ocean, so if you want proper views I'd suggest drive further south towards Les Escoumis.

It is a beautiful and charming town. Whale watching is the main activity, but there are also lovely dunes, beaches, and scenic streets to explore on foot. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and if you're lucky, you may even see black bears in the area.

The best place to get accommodated if there are less options at Tadoussac. It is calm, safe and perfectly surrounded with all the essentials like gas station, grocery shops, pharmacy, restaurants, ice-cream shops, etc. It's well-accessible from both Tadoussac and Saguenay. Staying here provides a great alternative to reach Quebec City (via Saguenay) especially when the ferry (route 138) at Tadoussac takes so long.

Beautiful views.

Beautiful views. Friendly people, regardless of whether you speak French or English. If you come in winter, you will find the place charming, empty of tourists and very relaxing, but do not expect many accommodations. There was only restaurant, one microbrewery and one small store open in the vicinity during our stay in December. If you come in summer, you will find many accommodations, but the place becomes very crowded, with tourists.
