The pool and hot tub were great. Room was exceptionally comfortable.

Very comfortable room, clean and quiet. Excellent beds. A bonus being able to have a swim. Delicious breakfast buffet. We loved the location - a great restaurant next door and beautiful walk along the river.

The staff were fantastic at the desk when checking in. Very helpful and friendly. The location is a perfect so you don't need to drive anywhere into the city. You can walk completely underground to get closer to your location or you can just walk into the area you want on a nice day. The "York" bar and restaurant inside the hotel is nice if you don't want to venture out. Breakfast was great, it's a buffet and the food was hot and fresh. Quite a bit to choose from....like smoothies, yogurt, cereal, toast, bagels, some pastries, and the normal bacon, eggs, sausages and pancakes. Can't complain when everything you need for a nights stay is right at your fingertips.

I liked that this hotel was truly pet friendly. There was no extra fees, or agreement to sign. The staff tried to be friendly to my dogs...but my dogs are small but EXTREMELY protective so I kept them in hand. The hotel was very nice and clean. The bed was huge and so so comfy.

The rooms were modern and Clean with all you need. The whole hotel was bright modern and clean with spacious hallways. Very good restaurant attached to hotel, with good food at reasonable prices. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. I would def stay again or at another in the chain.

Central location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Large room was comfortable.

Good location for walking along the riverfront. We were attending a Graduation ceremony in the adjoining Convention Centre, linked by a glass corridor. This made it really easy for attending the ceremony.

Super friendly staff, great rooms, and delicious breakfast. The beds are big and comfortable, you can open the window, land the bathroom is really enjoyable.

The location was just outside Grand Falls close to the highway. Grand Falls is a lovely town to visit. The falls are great and the Main Street is interesting. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff were wonderful. The Amsterdam had recently opened and the place was supper clean. We travelled with our dog and the hotel was very dog friendly.

The breakfast was ample for hitting the road quickly and tied me over for lunch. For and older facility, they compensate well. Special shout out to Vanessa and Anne, great and efficient staff with a smile.

Staffs were very polite and supportive. Rooms are big, clean and very comfort. Breakfast was good. Nice location.
