Lovely large room with everything we needed. Good location Enjoyed our meal at the restaurant- our waitress was fab.

My parents, FIL, and I traveled from Ontario to NB for my elopement. Check-in was delayed due to the hotel being sold out the night before. Ryan Campbell and Tristan made our stay and elopement day super easy and lovely. We were able to set up the Studio room for the ceremony just in time, as they gave us an extra hour to set up. This made my husband's and my day less stressful, we were able to take our time to get dressed and get ready. Thank you very much, Ryan and Tristan.

The staff were fantastic at the desk when checking in. Very helpful and friendly. The location is a perfect so you don't need to drive anywhere into the city. You can walk completely underground to get closer to your location or you can just walk into the area you want on a nice day. The "York" bar and restaurant inside the hotel is nice if you don't want to venture out. Breakfast was great, it's a buffet and the food was hot and fresh. Quite a bit to choose from....like smoothies, yogurt, cereal, toast, bagels, some pastries, and the normal bacon, eggs, sausages and pancakes. Can't complain when everything you need for a nights stay is right at your fingertips.

Central location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Large room was comfortable.

I liked that this hotel was truly pet friendly. There was no extra fees, or agreement to sign. The staff tried to be friendly to my dogs...but my dogs are small but EXTREMELY protective so I kept them in hand. The hotel was very nice and clean. The bed was huge and so so comfy.

Brand new hotel, with large and comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast buffet. Excellent stop over on the way from New Brunswick to Québec.

Good location for walking along the riverfront. We were attending a Graduation ceremony in the adjoining Convention Centre, linked by a glass corridor. This made it really easy for attending the ceremony.

I really enjoyed my time in Canada pity it snowed so much my trip plan was timed slightly out but I was celebrating a massive milestone in my Life 🙏🏻💚🤍🧡

Great location, managed to do our laundry and had great meal at casino next door . Breakfast was amazing . Parking was great for the car as just outside room . Would stay again if passing .

Pool was a hit with the kids. Room very spatious. Super confortable beds.
