This is a "not so typical B&B" in the best way of interpretation! Katrina & Russel are the most friendly & welcoming hosts we met on our round trips so far. The house is clean to the fullest, the patio & garden with fresh fruits (apples, pears & grapes) are amazing & the tips you get for sightseeing, restaurants etc. do never disapoint.
And if that wasn't enough: the breakfast is a highlight every day + the coffe kitchen is fully equiped & accessable 24hrs without extra costs for any guest. Thank you so much!

Very old school decor, I loved it. Keuig coffee machine, flat screen smart TV with apps installed, was able to watch Netflix, YouTube...bed was very firm...very clean and quiet...very pleasant staff. Would recommend.

Had the chef’s special at Armour Mountain Restaurant which was a turkey dinner. Large portions and it was delicious. Noticed lots of people getting pizza for take out so assume it must be good too. Highly recommend this diner.

Chase is a very small, quiet community easily accessed from Hywy#1 and is good for stop over visits while travelling. In the summer months, many more tourists might stay longer to enjoy Shushap Lake.

Ski hosts were a good way to get a feel of the mountain. Walk around the village nice. We ate in our condo as we had a full kitchen. Lots of games to play in the condo. Lovely hot tub in our condo which was absolutely fabulous after skiing all day.

The riverside was cool and refreshing in the heat of the day. The deer walking around the community was a beautiful site. People in the community were very friendly and welcoming.The Stage Coach has a great breakfast.

Lots of beautiful nature all around & although the city's...
Lots of beautiful nature all around & although the city's quite small it offers a few nice restaurants.
Further you can have any type of activity within a 1hr drive.
We will come back some day when the Shuswap region could recover from the wildfires.

Perfect little alpine resort, super cute and has everything for a short stay. Really great place for pets, dogs are welcome everywhere on patios. Cute picturesque village, nice restaurants, bars and cafes. Good shopping and a really nice spa for massages and facials. Nice surroundings for hiking and close to larger city of Kamloops if you want to do more.
