The hotel is very quiet, well placed with regard to shopping center, hospital of HFR, very clean, confortable and friendly staff ! Always plenty of space to safely park the car.

Very good Hotel. Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms, the breakfast was very good, there is a large selection, there is also gluten-free bread. The staff is kind and helpful. The tunnel to the thermal bath is cool. The thermal is very good, big, not so crowded. There are many places for excursions around the hotel. The town has its own tele cabin to the mountain with a nice view. So absolutely recommended, we will return.

Close to beautiful cities with rich history-Fribourg, Gruyere. Friendly staff, with you can communicate in French, German, English and Czech. If you are going on vacation or on a business trip, need accommodation and want to feel almost at home, come here, to Acacia.

Very nice hotel in Bulle, with the possibility to do the check-in up and after midnight, that is a great plus if you need to travel by night and cannot arrive earlier. The room was big and clean, and the breakfast was good. It is also worth mentioning that there is a big parking right in front of the hotel, where we did not have any issue in finding a parking lot for my car.

Great location, awesomely clean. Room size was OK, extremely clean which I appreciate after 8 hs drive. Having a kettle was useful. Location was right downtime and very nice indeed. It was possible to park on the street which was convenient. I would definitely return!

Clean and nice. The room is small but we only needed to sleep so it was perfect. The window blinds make the room completely dark and that is really nice. The sound isolation is also very good. Nice design. Staff is very friendly. I also liked their sustainable initiatives (wooden room key cards, soap and shampoo in big dispensers, planting trees). The usb ports by the bed are really useful.

I went there for an exam and my room was confortable. I had a table so I can continue to study.

The best place ever. I arrived in the middle of the snow storm (ok, I am exagerating a little bit but I was not prepared to it) and I felt immediately at home. A warm, relaxing, clean, quiet environment, with kind, friendly and efficient staff. The room was perfect, equipped with everything that could be necessary and full courtesy sets. Breakfast time was very well scheduled, starting at 6.30 (I did appreciate that because it allowed me to reach my appointments' location timely). The variety of food and beverages was enough to satisfy any taste and preference. Congratulations to the whole staff for making this stay unforgettable. I'll be back soon in Fribourg to try les meringues avec double creme de la Gruyere (I am not sure this is the correct way to write it) and, if possible, I'll stay there 😉

Modern decoration and conveniently located close to shops and other amenities.

Many positive things: the receptionist gave us a very warm welcome, we received free tickets for the Thermal Bath of Charmey, free parking in the property, a welcome package with 2 mineral water bottles and 2 chocolates, kettle, coffee, tea and sugar. The room was sparkling new and the location is quiet. This hotel is highly recommended.

This was the best hotel experience I have ever had in my life. The atmosphere was absolute peace and relaxation. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and I felt very safe during my stay. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

The rooms were large and equipped with the basics. The location in the middle of Gruyeres is ideal. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating and made us feel very welcome.

Restaurant: excellent dinner & good breakfast

The location was perfect. You can’t have better. The quality of the facilities and the room was exceptional. Big and everything you need. So easy to get the room card even if the office is closed. I really recommend it!
