Flat that feels like a Hotel with nice amenities. We came with our 2,5 year old and did not expect anything particularly for the kid but they surprised us with a babybed, diaper bin etc. super cool and have not seen this in any other place to that extend unless it's a kids hotel.
Overall we liked the apartment a lot as it has a nice design so you feel home very quickly. Everything was perfect.

A cute little hotel. Free parking and a tasty breakfast. Restaurant was very popular on the evenings. The room was small and barren, but the plush down blanket and bathtub brought coziness. I was surprised that there was a living green plant in the room, a small snake plant. How lovely!

I chose this hotel because I loved Carigiet’s picture books. Then I had the best stay.
The two male members of staff talked to me in English that I could understand with smile.Very friendly people.
I would like to stay there again.

Easy access to Madrisa ski area. Super comfortable room with wonderful view of the Alps. Staff was super friendly. They provided a transportation pass and stored our luggage before our check-in.
We also got a discount at the ski gear rental place for staying at this hotel.

Staff was super, kind and welcoming, they made sure we have everything that we need.
We were there for the race and they made sure that we had Breakfast on time and that we have all that we need to make our experience in Klosters better.

Everything was amazing, from the room, the staff, the facilities and the inhouse restaurants where the food was delicious! Will definitely be back. Also only a 5 min stroll to the gondola station if skiing or hiking.

Great location close to city, 4min walk to the bus which can take you to Madrisa mountain. 5min walk to Gondola to Parsen. Delicious food in restaurant and big portions.

Everything is perfect. Apart form the egg boiling system at breakfast that could cause serious injury. Better to just go with a basket of different boiled eggs.

Amazing and quiet location.
Amazing and quiet location. We visited Davos during our stay as well and found that too busy - whereas Klosters was right up our alley. Quaint, with a few boutiques and very nice restaurants. Lots to do locally and plenty of transport methods to get anywhere you like - including cable cars to several peaks. Would recommend a stay to everyone.

Klosters Serneus is a very nice village with a direct connection to the ski area of Klosters Serneus. The slopes are well prepared, the ski lifts are modern and fast, and the slopes are wide. It is not the place for Austrian style apres ski. This resort is more US style, up market and relaxed.

Klosters is perfect for hikers, skiers and mountain bike riders. An easy 2-and-a-half-hour train trip from Zurich. Everything you need is within walking distance. Try Gastehaus Kessler for a great meal.

We did enjoy staying in Klosters, for us it was so much...
We did enjoy staying in Klosters, for us it was so much nicer than Davos. It was quiet at night time and had a good range of shops and cafes. An excellent Co-op sold a huge variety of foods. We only ate out once - at the Sonne Restaurant, where we had a lovely meal. Reasonably priced too. We made use of the swimming pool - had a laned area reserved for swimmers. I also liked the Nutli Huschi local museum. well worth a visit.
