The breakfast at the hotel was truly exceptional and deserves special praise. It featured a wide selection of natural and high-quality ingredients – there were many varieties of Swiss cheese (from creamy to fresh), natural yoghurts, and freshly squeezed fruit juice. A lovely touch was that guests could even pour themselves a glass of prosecco. I was especially impressed by the fact that the hotel catered to guests with dietary restrictions. My son does not eat gluten, so we were very pleased to find not just one, but two types of gluten-free bread available – a classic one and one with seeds. The seeded one quickly became his favorite, and he still talks about how delicious it was. The room we stayed in was pleasant, nicely decorated, and bright, with a spacious bathroom, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. Lastly, I’d like to highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, whose warm attitude made our stay even more enjoyable.

I loved the hotel! Nice cleaning area for bikes (even though I didn't use it). Wellness area, balcony of my room and restaurant (both the breakfast and the dinner) were also super nice. Receptionist was also super kind.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location, the facilities, attention to detail and overall the care, kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Also the restaurant at the hotel has great food for grownups and for the children both at breakfast and every other meal. We could really relax and enjoy our vacation!

Stayed two nights here. Quiet cozy room. Wonderful breakfast. Friendly staff. Beautiful scenery. Clean.

Very welcoming staff, which provided so much helpful information and answered all our questions with endless patience. Clean rooms - small but sufficient storage space, also in the bathroom. Extremely comfy beds. The hotel location is both very quiet and central. Bus stop directly in front of the door, walking distance to the lake and the Zauberwald. Breakfast offered everything you need, even Latte Macchiato, fresh fruit salad, veggies.... Only thing we missed were power outlets near the bed or a water kettle, but this is really just a comment on things we personally always make good use of. Thanks for everything!!!!

Everything was so nice. The hotel has a bar that serves food, amazing pizza and tacos after a long day of skiing. Staff is lovely and welcoming. The hotel is old but with charm. Comfy and with a lovely mountain view. Our room was in the 4th floor so no noise from the bar. The bathroom has a shampoo, soap and body lotion (considerate for the cold snowy days!), also a hair dryer. All very clean. Ski room accessible from outside. Location is convenient for the bus stop that takes you anywhere you need to go.

The apartment is located across the street from the hotel where breakfast is served each morning. The hotel also provides possibility to use the spa and wellness facilities. Parking is convenient on site for small fee. Walking distance to some sport shops, bakery, coop and pharmacy. Staff at reception is very helpful with providing information on directions, busses and trips around.

Mid-sized family run hotel with a friendly atmosphere. Convenient location about 7-8 min walk to the lift. and can ski to about 50 meters of entrance. Very clean, and very friendly staff. Charging available for electric vehicles, a big plus (only overnight though). Excellent value for money.

The staff is what makes this hotel shine. The team went out of their way to make our stay epic! They were all very nice and relaxed, not too formal yet very professional. It was very much appreciated. And the food is excellent!
