In the reception we we very pleased with Valentina og Javiera who helped us chnage reservation and tell us about tha town. The staff in the bar as well as the somellier vere nice and helpful

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, great rooms and a cute outdoor pool with a cosy terrace to enjoy food and drinks . We were amazed by the quality of the food and drinks served , it was by far the best we had in the whole trip to Chile . The hotel offers a lovely breakfast too. We loved the staff who were very helpful and accommodating. We have to praise the manager who went above and beyond to make our stay most pleasant . We were so happy we stayed in this hotel. We took day trips and went back to the hotel to treat ourselves to great food and cocktails in a beautiful atmosphere.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are big and comfortable and the view is amazing, allowing you to see the stars at night and the volcanos during the day. The staff is super friendly. They were always nice to us and very helpful when we needed something. They can also speak English well. Furthermore the breakfast was delicious and the ambience of the restaurant is really nice.

Elva and Olga at the reception were amazing helping out. rooms are spacious, and with heating!

Suite was great for three people. Loads of space. Car park.

Room was spacious and well lit. The view was great. The bed was large and confy.

The host Xiaolin is very kind and helpful, she made our stay in San Pedro more comfortable and stress free. The hotel is a short walk from the city centre, the rooms are good and there is 24hrs self service station were you can treat yourself to tea, coffee and some sweets. Definitely a great experience

Nice garden, exceptional breakfast, free coffee during the day, employees very helpful and friendly. Everything is close by in walking distance.
