Beautiful gardens and sun room with excellent views. The host was attentive and provided a nice breakfast. We were also given good info on the surrounding area. The hot tub was available, but we didn't use it.

I had a really nice (but short) stay here at this Hotel. I was extremely tired from a long trip, and I rolled in just to get some sleep and do a quick workout before taking the bus back down to the south. I wasn't expecting such a warm welcome. The owners are on the property, which is really nice. After my nap, I had a great conversation with the owner, who showed me around the property and later I had a nice chat with his wife. The rooms are huge, as this property is a very old house, it's a comfortable place to stay. The shower was hot, the bathroom was large, and the water pressure was fantastic. I had plenty of room to do a workout in the room, and the atmosphere was quiet and amicable. Without a doubt, I will return to this place next time I am in Talca!

All the staff at the Hotel Cordillera were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and at home. The hotel was very inviting, with a comfortable lobby and sitting area, a very nice dining room, a complete breakfast with different options, served personally at our table, and a nice bar area. Our room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. We were travelling with a pet and felt very welcome. The parking area behind the hotel is secure with sufficient space. We will definitely return, because of the kind attention we received, and the way the staff made us feel. Thank you for a wonderful experience,

This hotel is great. You pay a bit more than other options, but you also get more comfort. Spacious clean rooms, with all amenities you need. Good and varied breakfast. Friendly staff and a secure parking garage. I had a good stay here.

Even though the room was small, it was perfect, had a good size tv, aircon, a little cabinet for the cloth and the bathroom was impeccable. Pillows and blankets were nice, soft and cuddly. over all great stay.

Talca was destroyed in the 2010 earthquake and nearly all...

Talca was destroyed in the 2010 earthquake and nearly all the streets still display the devastation with empty lots, walls with nothing behind or buildings still in a bad state of disrepair. There is very little to see in Talca but I can highly recommend a visit to the museum, where the original Chile Constitution was formulated and signed. The exhibitions are excellent, thought provoking and educational. The layout has been designed incredibly to guide you through the various rooms throughout this old colonial building. I cannot recommend it enough.

Wonderful small town with lots to offer visitors.

Wonderful small town with lots to offer visitors. Beautiful beaches and a lovely promenade connecting the town and the beaches. Plaza de Armas a lovely spot to relax and enjoy talking with the locals.

The town is ok but the surroundings are lovely like yerbas buenas historical town or spring waters like Quinamavida or Panimavida or Colbun lake. I stayed at Santa Maria Hotel which is on its way to Panimavida, very good not far from Linares (15’) The market place is good to buy crafts or to have typical Chilean food

A lovely small city.

A lovely small city. Beautiful main square, good restaurants. Visit Parque Rio Claro, beautiful landscaping and lots of people . Great playground. Bearnardo O’Higgins museum is great for history of Chile but content is in Spanish only.
