Spacious clean and quiet rooms

Such a cosy lodge - it was just the two of us so very spacious, covered parking for our rental car. The team in the reception and cafe were SO friendly and helpful, we felt really at home and could have stayed a lot longer! We booked the hot tub which was great. Cooked a simple meal or two in the lodge and kitchen facilities were good. Absolutely loved it!

Clean and very good service, staff and owners are absolutely amazing, and breakfast is awesome as well.

I knew breakfast was included in the price, but I thought it would be just the usual basic Chilean breakfast. Luckily I was wrong. It was a great breakfast buffet. It would be considered quite decent even in places like Germany. The location is excellent. Less than a minute walk from the main square in town, not far from the produce market and the shopping mall.

The breakfast was amazing! It had everything you needed and more. Even though the coffee was instant, I think it was the best instant coffee I've ever had, tasting better than most coffee you get brewed in North america. Also great air conditioning and nice sheets.

Very good location and free parking at the hotel. The entrance is bit hidden. Drive into the way to the parking and the entrance is at the left side . Really in the centre of town, so best use satnav gps because of one direction streets. Hotel is remodelled and rooms freshly painted. Breakfast room is non decorated and very simple but breakfast is great, choice of fruit too and freshly made scrambled eggs ,plus all the usual things. We liked our short stay very much. Visit the cathedral, stunning architecture. We felt really welcome and had a nice conversation with the receptionist.

The staff are very helpful and nice. They are welcoming and do multiple roles so they could be organising the breakfast service and taking you for a pleasant walk. They managed the no snow days during our stay very well.

Everything was excellent, the service and the peace and quiet; it's exactly what my family was looking for.
