- From $93.64 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.0Very Good - What previous guests thought, 1,141 reviewsIt was my husbands Birthday during our stay and I booked an executive suite and had a surprise stuff, like decorations, but unfortunately my husbands still chosen the honeymoon suite that we was booked during my birthday last time we was stayed at the hotel and he likes it very much. Happily that suite he likes was available and we just added an additional payment, and for the other room they didn't charge me for the decorations. The hotel meet our expectations and we had a very nice stay although it was been so rainy.. thank you so much and looking forward to stay again next time.Guest review byjoselynCyprus
- From $126.41 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 291 reviewsI cannot rate this place highly enough! Firstly the village is picturesque and the views from our room and terrace were phenomenal. The rooms are of a high standard including the spectacular bathroom (I highly recommend making time for a jacuzzi bath!). And it had all the amenities we needed like tea and coffee making stuff. Lovely breakfast too. The staff went out of their way to help us and make the stay extra special. I would definitely head back!Guest review byAnnabelUnited Kingdom
- From $86.91 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Excellent - What previous guests thought, 579 reviewsClean cozy room with a nice shower. Nice touches like a liter of drinking water and some cookies in the room. Balcony dividers provide some privacy. Beautiful views from room and restaurant. Food was good, and the breakfast was enormous. It wasn't busy so the other guests and I were served individually rather than a buffet, and it was more than enough food for me to make take some for my lunch, too.Guest review byNorahUnited States

Kakopetria is a beautiful destination that combines natural...
Kakopetria is a beautiful destination that combines natural beauty, historical charm, and a sense of tranquility. Its picturesque setting, with stone houses, cobblestone streets, and lush landscapes, creates an idyllic atmosphere for visitors. The surrounding nature is remarkable, with hiking trails like Varkotis and Chromium offering unique paths through green forests and along rivers. The peace provided by the environment makes hiking an invigorating experience. Additionally, the calming sound of the river that flows through the area, like the one you can hear in the backyard of Maritsa Lodge, offers a unique sense of inner peace, almost like the natural white noise of the outdoors. In the village center, the traditional architecture remains intact, with taverns like Podji Poda serving excellent local cuisine, and small cafés welcoming you for a relaxing drink and dessert in the main square. Landmarks such as the chapels of Saint Nicholas and Saint George provide opportunities for pilgrimage, while Marina's Rope Park offers activities for the more adventurous visitors. Overall, Kakopetria is an ideal destination for those seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, blending absolute tranquility with opportunities for outdoor activities and cultural exploration.Guest review byDimitris31Cyprus - 10.0

nice traditional little village in the mountains. worth a visit for the local sights (lampadistis monastery, winery, old village, spas) as well for short trips around the area (kykkos monastery, villages of pedoulas, moutoullas, kakopetria)Guest review byChristodoulosCyprus - 10.0
We love Omodos as a stay over place ie one night.
We love Omodos as a stay over place ie one night. The village is beautiful with a lot of history. In my opinion it’s one of the nicest villages in Cyprus. Full of history too with a small free museum that is extremely interesting. The village is small so you can walk around it in a very short time and it’s so beautiful you really should walk around. For night life, most restaurants and the bakers close around 6.30pm ish. There are a couple of places that open til midnight on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. However I really think this is a gem not to be missed.Guest review bypamelaCyprus - 8.0

Pedoulas was a wonderful base from which to explore this area of the Troodos Mountains. It was our first time in the mountains of Cyprus and we wanted to see sites such as Kykkos Monastery, Archangel Michaels church etc. and to do nature trails in the mountains. We achieved these objectives very comfortably from our location and could also move on to the west coast with a scenic (but very winding!) drive back down to sea level:)Guest review byRichardAustralia - 10.0

Agros village is a perfect place to escape from busy city life for a couple of days and to enjoy the tranquility of traditional village lifestyle, walk the narrow streets, with beautiful , authentic architecture, meet locals, try local food and of course to recharge yourself with nature and mountain sceneries. Agros is very, very clean and the water is super tasty)Guest review byAlenaCyprus - 8.0

Absolutely loved being here. Great location.
Absolutely loved being here. Great location. The host got us fruits from here garden orchard. She brought us lovely eggs from her own chickens. She just was so lovely and explained the area to us and made us so at home. We loved it so much we stayed more than planned. Easy to get to the Olympus mountain and the Todooros mountains. Great little place. Parking is super just in the yard. Private too very quiet. The best WiFi reception. The best host and kindest. Thank you for making mine and my partners stay homely relaxing and so special. Ian and TasheniGuest review byAnonymous - 6.0
Potamitissa itself doesn’t have things to do.
Potamitissa itself doesn’t have things to do. However, villages such as Pelendri, Agros, Kyperounta are near by and have plenty of things to do. Do visit the taiakkas winery near pelendri for a nice immersive experience. We enjoyed a lovely dinner in the Symposio Taverna in pelendri.Guest review byJuliaCyprus - 10.0

It was a really special, quiet wee place, with excellent access to all the trails in the Troodos hills. A 15 minute drive from kakopetria where there is more options for food and supermarkets; however, the eateries available in Platres were all found to be serving up wonderful local cuisine (their opening times are just a little hit and miss, so if you are not eating early, you may struggle).Guest review byMarcoUnited Kingdom
