Spotless cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff. The room is well isolated both from the central street and from corridore. When we were inside - didn't hear any disturbing noise. AC works great. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is comfy as well. The location is strategic: the very central and at the same time the place outside is not too crowded. It was really great pleasure to stay there! Really 10 from 10 stars!

The location! Breakfast was outstanding with a machine to make fresh carrot juice! The hotel seems nice newly renovated and top quality. We wanted to stay another day at the hotel but there was no vacancy :(

We brought our dog along and the hotel and staff accommodated that very well. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. For us it was a great location right along the water and about 10 minutes away from a huge forest with plenty of trails.

Very comfortable hotel right by the lake. There is in indoor spa, plus a sauna boat on the lake itself, so you can jump in the lake for a swim. Nice terrace dining with lovely view. Dinner was good and breakfast was stellar. Friendly staff.

The room was lovely, smelled really nice and welcoming. The hotel provided Nespresso capsules or high end tea facilities in the room. The bathroom was welcoming and the shower was excellent. Beds were exceptionally comfy. Breakfast was excellent with fresh ingredients though came with a steep Eur 21 per person. The hotel provides parking again at a Eur 20 charge, but considering it's Potsdam, it's OK. The hotel is situated at one of the gates just outside the old quarter with nice boutiques, restaurants or great bars (Fritzen ought to be on the visiting list if one likes quirky bars).

A beautiful and calm space with everything you need. The view itself is stunning in autumn and the surrounds are quiet while being within easy reach of historic sights and cafes. The Il Teatro restaurant is on the lake front within 100 metres of the apartment and it has fantastic food while being affordable, if you don't want to venture far. We loved it.

We had a room across the street at a reasonable rate. It was clean and had a refrigerter. No microwave because they don't want you to cook--they have a restaurant. The room was large and very comfortable. I did miss face cloths. All in all good value.

Beautiful place, we only stayed one night but it looked peaceful and nice. We parked in the garage and the check in was smooth. Big comfortable rooms. I like that it was prepared for the kids, crib, stool in the bathroom, cushion for the diaper changing.

A quiet backwater away from Berlin City Centre but only 20 minutes from Alexanderplatz by train. Beautiful Park full of historical Palaces and wildlife! Mondays are great if you want to see have guided tour all around the Park as the Museums and Palaces are closed so the places we visit with the guide are, an ideal since it is quieter for those who don't want the crowds. Great choice of Restaurants for Lunch and Dinner in Potsdam! Best Lunches we had were at Cafe Alice on Brandenburger Str, the main shopping area of Potsdam. Serves the best Liver and Onions with Potatoes I have had in years (!) and the best Apple Strudel! Grilled Salmon was superb also. Museums in Alter Market are well worth a visit also when in Potsdam! Potsdam is easy to reach from Berlin Airport- RB22 Train is direct and does not go through Berlin City!

It would probably have been cheaper to stay in Berlin or elsewhere and travel into Potsdam for a day. Not a lot happening at night and very few restaurants/pubs. We did find a great pub in the end (called Hafthorn) which we would recommend

Great location to visit both Berlin and Potsdam.

Great location to visit both Berlin and Potsdam. Direct train connection to central Berlin (30 min) were one can see the main sites. Then in Potsdam, one has major attractions such as Sanssouci and Glienicke Bridge with further options to explore the beautiful surroundings including babelsberg and Wannssee
