Breakfast was great and the Chef of the evening meal is a master at his craft. I’ve eaten all over the world in several compatible hotels and this chef surpasses them all. Pork and Chicken are always difficult to prepare especially with a full house but he did it perfectly. In fact all meat dishes were cooked to perfection. For the veggie lovers, the kitchen created the best balance of seasoning whilst retaining the flavours of the original vegetables. If we are blessed to return, this is the place to visit - just for the dining experience alone.

The house it’s just amazing, it’s so beautiful it looks like a house from a fairy tale, we got the King room and it was brilliant extremely clean and huge size. It’s really close from Aerø town center just a 10 minute bus ride and sorrounded by lots of nature. And Katrine is the best host ever, she even was a witness in our wedding day. The house where we stayed was really lovely, and the guy there treated us like family. It truly felt like a home away from home. The room was clean, the bathroom and toilet were spotless, and the view was beautiful. He was also very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable there.
