Very nice and comfortable hotel, all clean and new, lovely view, close to the lake, kind staff, pool, gym, sports activities, good breakfast, private parking. We had everything that we needed and enjoyed our stay a lot!

The rooms in the old sergeant training college are very light and spacious with a balcony looking out over the water. Superb beds and large modern bathroom. Breakfast was varied and plentiful and even the soft boiler eggs were..soft boiled. Normally you find then hard and rubbery. Free parking by number plate registration. Keypad entry and no reception which works perfectly. Highly recommend. Als and Sønderborg is one the the most lovely places in Denmark and the promenade bars and restaurants give plenty og options. I actually lived there in the 80s and always love going back. Point of interest..the crown prince of Denmark attended the training college..as did my daughter
