Located a short walk from the Metro, this hostel is in a amazing building. The architecture is just beautiful. I was in awe as I was walking to my dorm and around the hostel. There s a central garden with a tree house, a restaurant and a bar. There music and people minging, but it's not a party hostel.i met some nice people I then carried on travelling south with. My bed in the dorm was nice and clean, so were toilets and showers There s no kitchen, but it s right in the Cientro Historico where one can find everything they need The staff at reception were nice and friendly I'd deffo stay again

A big shout out to the amazing receptionist Roxanna who helped us tremendously! She was exceptional and very helpful to us! We greatly appreciated her wonderful customer service! The location was good, only a short walk to cafes and restaurants. We also felt safe walking through the park at night, although there was hardly any people around. The room was clean and comfortable, we absolutely enjoyed our stay!

Hotel Santa Maria is in a great location, close to the Metro and Trolebus. El Jardin Mall is a short 5 minute walk. Katarina at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful on how to best get around the city. Breakfast is included and it was exceptional, the view of the city and surrounding mountains from the 8th floor dining area was quite an unexpected treat.

Nice room, big and clean. Hotel is located in good area where you can go out after sunset with mo worries. Good restaurants are located in 15 min walking distance. 20 min to the historical center by taxi, 50 min to the airport. Clean bathroom, good water pressure in shower.

This hostel became literally our second home while we went multiple times in and out of Quito over the last 6 weeks. It's a family run accommodation, and you can easily become part of the family of these warm-hearted hosts. The hostel has a great location, right in the middle of the historic city centre, everything is kept sparkly clean and tidy. The staff is super friendly and helpful with all needs a traveler might have. We left the hostal sadly, after it had become such a dear place to us, knowing whenever we will come back to Quito, we are looking forward to staying here again.

The staff were amazing. I had quite bqd altitude sickness. 2 receptionists were particularly helpful Maria Jose and Yessenni. The manager as well Manuel was very caring I felt in very safe hands. Room was very comfortable and bed too.

I booked this hotel for my colleagues. They all loved it and enjoyed all the traditional food the hotel has to give (even the traditional 'colada morada'). Very recommended for any work or tourist trip!

It was one of the best accommodation on our trip! It is near the center, cheap, have kitchen and the best… there is really nice and helpful guy! We definitely recommend them.

Very pretty hotel with a well decorated patio and rooms. Rooms face inward so I was very quiet at night. Nice bathroom too. Breakfast is served at the restaurant downstairs.
