My balcony door opens directly beachside. Clean modern room of adequate size, with large built in closets. Unattended reception door open for my arrival with my name & room key waiting in a tray on the counter. Trust. Adjoining restaurant. Maite is the face of the hotel. Personal. Very quite beachside. Left the balcony door open day & night for pleasant ocean air & waves lapping onshore. Very good value. Quality of stay & price, superb.

This hotel is a clean calm and relaxing spot to enjoy the beautiful Cabo de Gata region. The amenities and rooms are maintained in perfect conditions with a luxurious and elegant style. The staff keeps everything extra clean. The rooms stay well isolated from outside noise and this allows you to have full rest at night. The rooftop pool and terrace let you enjoy fantastic sunsets. On top of this, the hotel is family-owned and the staff makes you feel like home during the entire stay. This became my new favorite spot in Cabo de Gata.

Location! Perfect. Staff very good too. Especially one lady at reception, who gave us Gold award service level. Maira , sorry if spelling not correct , she has her hair in a ponytail , when we arrived 25 mins too early, she told us no problems you can check in , she advised us about the hotel and the underground parking 🅿️ which as we were staying four nights we booked. We told her we were celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary, and when we took the car to park and used the lift from the carpark direct to the 4th floor with lots of luggage, it opened opposite our suite 458. Perfect! By then she had sent a bottle of cava 🍾 in an ice bucket to our room .Bravo that lady , for Gold service, we thanked her ,and gave her som chocolates , which she shared out with staff at reception. Thank you so much . *****5 ⭐ .

Great location, beautiful ground and the stuff is exceptional. This was our 1st time visiting Mojacar, and we loved it. All the amenities you need are right here in this resort. The prices are a little higher, but you can always leave the hotel and do your shopping elsewhere. The pizzeria is one of the best pizzas we have ever had. The breakfast is great, so much to choose from. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Mediterraneo Bay for the third time in May -25, and we will be coming back again because we can't get enough of this excellent hotel. The price is very reasonable, especially in spring and fall The room is spacious and has a nice design. Our kids love the huge pool area, and the meals are delicious and with a huge variety of different dishes to all tastes. What more can one want from a place like this?

Everything! This is a very special place and would definitely return. Massage with Maria Angel excellent, amazing breakfast served on our terrace every morning (worth every penny of the extra cost). Gorgeous pool and views. A short drive to Agua Amarga for beach and restaurants, but delight to return to after. Eclectic furnishings, large fully stocked kitchen, robes and wonderful long Arabic shirts for the pool.

One of the oldest Spainish city with interesting ancient and modern history. Amazing city to visit, one of my favorite spots in Andalucia, recomended for peace looking people and artists, rather not a party destination. Fantastic heritage for Spainish country. For western lovers recommend visit nearby Tavernas (Mini Holywood) with western cinematography museum and real wild western city. Alcazaba castle is one of my favourits castles in Spain

Aguadulce is a nice district; the hotel is not far from a supermarket, not far from the beach and not far from a taxi stand to go to airport of Almeria. The road which leads from Almeria to Aguadulce is in very good conditions. The Tourist Office is very helpful. The park is clean, well kept and has very interesting tropical and hot weather plants and flowers. There is plenty to explore if one wishes to move around... bars and cafeterias have a good variety of offerings.

Where we stayed the beach was great. The promenade is long and has a cycle path throughout. Plenty of bars and restaurants. Four in particular stood out: 1. Bodega Patio Salao, 2. Restaurant Alinea, 3. Spice Hut Indian and 4. La Lola Restobar. A Spar supermarket is ideal for shopping with an extensive butchers counter.

The visit up to the Pueblo was awesome - stunning amazing views. Highly recommend taking the bus, even if you consider yourself to be a good driver and also physically fit. Extremely narrow steep driving areas (I would not even call them roads). Wear your best walking shoes. Steep cobbily walkways. I am so happy we went there while our knees and hips are still good (we are seniors). The beach area along "the strip" was quite unimpressive. Pebbly rough sand - more like what you would use to mix to make cement. We stayed three nights, Two would have been enough. Although the Pueblo was amazing, we have no desire to return.

Vera Playa is a beautiful white sand Spanish beach with large nudist and non nudist areas. Everyone is very relaxed happy and respectful to each other. There are a number of great beach restaurants and bars in both areas on the beach. All age groups use the beach from small children to the elderly and all seemed to be enjoying themselves.

Las Negras is a small and unspoiled village.

Las Negras is a small and unspoiled village. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and although it was predominantly Spanish speaking, communication was relatively easy. There is plenty to do around the immediate area of Las Negras with unspoilt beaches and water based activities but we also enjoyed trips to Almeria, Carboneras and Mojacar, all of which are worth seeing. We had a really lovely time.

El Ejido is a small working town.

El Ejido is a small working town. It is great to use as a base to travel to the coast by car, Almeria (40 minutes), shopping centres, the coast (20 to 30 minutes)etc. This part of the country is dominated by the factory farming under covered growing frames, so not as pretty as some areas further along the coast. This area does not have a high end boutiques, If you want these then you'll need to go to one of the larger cities.

I have already sent one review but I have just remembered another item. In spite of promises from the owner and two written requests from me, I never received the Code number for the key safe. I arrived at the property and had to phone the the landlord. Fortunately, he was in and, in Spanish, he gave me the number. Fortunately, I do speak a little Spanish and was able to understand him. Even so, it was a very anxious time which should have been avoided. Ken Brazier.
